@ghghdz Your right about the stealth roll, you can use it even before you have unlocked it, I discovered it by accident but on the xbox version. When you sheath or unsheath your weapon (while holding sprint) your character should preform one to two rolls. I don't know if it does two rolls on PC as i have yet to test.

If you type 'qasmoke' in the console , it would bring you to a room where every in game item can be found there . It takes time to load coz alot of stuff in thr . To get out , type 'coc riverwood' . its the only way to get out . brings u to riverwood

only problem is they sometimes go if your not the right level, for example, i got the unbreakable for lockpicking after giving myself acouple of thousand picks and sticking some paper under capslock and S so it would level my lockpicking, but alittle while ago it didnt seem to work
