  • You guys need to watch out with these neck exercises cause you can get pinched nerve just like me.

  • Watch this guys' neck. To me, it really looks like it's a good exercise.

  • if you are able to do neck bridges you should, this excercise are for beginners i would say this one will probably just add strength not much size but if you do neck bridges you will add alot of size and strength trust me i tried it did it 1 time a week with 4 sets 15 reps on each set:)

  • this one not so much, but there are more advanced neck exercises, like the neck-bridge, that are more intense and will thicken your neck right up, provided you're eating enough/right to gain muscle. this is a good one to start with, as it's easy and quite safe when done properly....

  • Lol This is like the safest Neck exercise ive seen but you should have mentioned the stretching b4 the Demonstration
