In that case, take my recommendations with a grain of salt. To me, Paris, Kim, Torres and Tuvok may be the most bland bridge crew ever devised and the show's plots ranged from merely pointless through thoroughly asinine with very few flashes of adequacy. And once they brought the titty-Borg on board, it was straight downhill from there. So, if you liked that show, I doubt DS9 is for you, sorry.

DS9 I haven't seen much of, but so far the only character I like is the shapeshifter. Worf actually got worse. Personalities aside, there's no adrenaline in DS9. It's all quiet conversations.  Feels like sitting in a coffee room and chatting with these people 24-7. That only entertains for so long
