Not everyone in Canada speaks French and she's not from Quebec. This is clearly not her voice. Even if she can speak French she probably has a weird accent so they had to dub her voice.

No it's not her voice. She seems to speak French fairly well (though not fluently) but she speaks CANADIAN French, and I'm afraid her accent would look pretty stupid on French TV :/

But it's the same voice actor as in the French dub of Lost (if you're a native English speaker you may not know this but famous actors have "official" voice actors in other countries so that they have the same voice in all their movies)

She does speak French fluently. Unfortunately, there's a double standard: French actors, like Jean Reno and Julie Delpy, get to dub themselves when they do French or English-speaking movies. But bi-lingual actors who are not from France don't get that chance.
