You use windows xp and you have Windows 7 Ultimate? Don't you know you can just download "Windows XP Mode" and run all those programs on Windows 7 if you have professional or better (which you do). It is XP virtual machine and looks much like remote desktop. I use it to use my 10 year old scanner.

This game supports 2560 x 1600. I can't see why this game couldn't support a widescreen res of let's say 5040 x 1050. I understand the devs didn't have this type of res in mind when they began devloping a decade ago, but I think they could patch it. Pixel wise 2560x1600 and 5040x1050 are pretty close.

Your desktop is showing at the sides instead of black. This means that the game is running in a window (no borders). I guess you can try to find a way to make it true full screen?

Well Kocharks the reason is simple as nails. Blizzard made a serious design consideration when not only they did not support multi-monitor setups but you notice, you cant even Zoom Out of regular play.

The purpose of this was very straightforward: An even playing field for every gamer, regardless of their setup. I know you feel wronged but they went with the philosophy that nobody should be able to have a game advantage because of their obscene specs. Though it is an amazing rig I must say.

@kocharks Yeah but this is a game hugely oriented at multiplayer. The Single player is a delicious slice but the whole cake awaits online. It would be unfair to put eyefinity into singleplayer and not in multiplayer. And if it was there people would hack it into their MP

Thats a damn shame. I plan on a second 5870 and two more monitors for my epic eyefinity setup. I'm getting this game next week and it would be nice to have this feature

Have the same comp screens you do, and I'm highly disappointed in the lack of being able to play Full eyefinity on SC2, hopefully a patch is released soon to allow it =\

@purefernandes You really don't notice the bezels when you game. I play with 3 22 inch monitors and it's annoying at first...but you quickly learn to ignore it.

Kocharks - Why you spend so much on that system and then go with a cheap proc?

I7 920 would spit the AMD out. I had the 965 OC'd to 3.8, but thanks to my air cooler being too heavy, it pulled it out of the socket and ruined the mb and chip. Switched to the 920 and I've never looked back.
