I think it is better to close hospitals so that then people will really look to Jesus for healing. People do not have faith for divine healing so they go to hospital.  If they have faith in God for healing then, they would not go to hospital or go to doctors because Jesus is our healer and it is free. We do not have to pay God for healing and there is not side effect from it which is not the case with medicine. With medicine, you get all kind of side effects.
