when i try to log into the adminstrator account it says: "The User Profile Service service falied the logon
User profile cannot be loaded"
Any recomendations for this??

Have you ever fixed gateway arc 200 or samsung x10 same machine? I played around with this thing long enough. Put new jack in found if i push down hard on jack it works. Well was watching video on youtube 4 hours and had crash lost power now no light again arghh. $1400 machine i just cant let it go lol

my hp lap top which is not a year old , the screen for no reason sometimes goes black , the lap top still has power when this happens
i have to reboot to get the screen back on
any ideas ? why is this happening

@falafel1860 your video card is failing it a common problem on hp laptops.
