You can see these object way up in the sky doing the same thing. Three to four weak pulses of light, followed by a strong bright pulse.

the lights i see don´t pulse, if you ask that. some are satellites, others are like the ones in the video "where did it go".

lets be assholes abt it and claim it's a plane landing in coming TOWARDS YOU. the sudden changes in motion could be explained then because as the plane turns as it comes dowards you it will look like it is changing directions rather swiftly.
