OTOY is a "Network" of super fast computers, they work together to make a picture like this, you dont have to install anything, you just need a fast intenet because it works over the internet, and its nothing else like a stramed interactieve video. this is the reason why you can play the whole thing on any device with internet connection like a phone, or probably a tv reciever with a webbrowser, the psp, the xbox, ps3, a small micro computer???

...great landscape graphics but that wont make it a good game lmao....try harder on making the AIs look good instead of just pure landscape. The Sims could beat OTOY in AI graphics lmao and thats sad. You want a game that has good graphics in every way? Look up Project Offset. Project Offset has the best graphics i have seen with characters, creatures, shading, combat, and its also has the physics of Crysis. The landscape isnt as good as OTOY but everything else is better than OTOY lmao.

Can you re-type that, i can't understand what your trying to say. The character graphics are being worked on. There is a video on youtube demonstrating a more current model, it looks rather impressive, it doesn't surpass the landscape or buildings but its still good.

i think most graphine engine today with graphics blurred and with the image filters that make it looks like its filmed with a shaky commie made russian camera from the 70s would look just as real. There is a lot of post processig trickery here.... The lighting seems nice

Are you crazy? Cryengine 3 isn't even close to being better! Do a research on OTOY... It uses cgi graphics that were used in many movies like Transformers, you can't compare any game graphics engine to this, this is the same as rendered movies, but they made it real time or something...
