  • @mugjug13 but this will make your breasts smaller at first(losing fat) and then bigger(bigger muscles) and it prevents ur breasts from sagging

  • @SweetKandiez - No you don't lose fat by doing resistance exercises. There's no such thing as spot fat reduction. Cardio decreases fat.

  • @Lepsyp it still makes the chest bigger the boobs wont ussaully change but becuase the chest gets bigger underneth they do appear to get bigger

  • @Lepsyp ...their chest muscles will get bigger. Muscles get bigger if we work them out. So, it can work like a padded bra, except it's natural padding and it's behind your breasts. Everything's much more fun that way!

  • @trusty411 are you guys kidding of course it works. they're pushups. pushups develop the pectoralis major and minor and some deltoids and tricep. in other words your clevage, shoulders, and the underside of your arm (so they dont sag)

  • @paradee12 A regular push-up, knees off the ground, presents a greater muscular challenge (when they're starting out, at least) for females, as men already carry more upper body muscle. Doesn't mean they can't do it, they may just need to build up to regular push-up.

  • Age plays a big part in the female chest area, especially when a female wears a full size cup, push ups help keep the chest area toned up without loosing a cup size.

  • @myahunnix These exercises doesn't make ur breasts smaller only tones and make ur breast firmer for e.g. if you have Huge Saggin breasts this is the perfect exercise for you. If you have huge breasts and are quite firmin more than likely this will do nothing for ur breast

  • i lost quite a bit of weight recently (in the WRONG way) & now im trying to put some back on but i went down a couple of cup sizes which i want to regain :( will doing exercises like this or eating certain foods help??

  • Donna: Don't be afraid of this exercise as far as your chest goes. You'll derive more metabolism-related benefits from it than you would if you didn't use it. :)

  • actually, i have been working out for quite some time and i have lost almost 40 lbs. But my breasts stayed tha same: 36D. So not all the time when u exercise you lose your breasts.

  • yeah, like more than not, when girls lose weight they usually lose a few cup sizes also, not every single woman, as everyone is different, but this is taken from personal experieces

  • @daisypoojo100 You're right, I was surprised I went from a D to a B by losing weight :) It was the first area I started losing weight, then my legs and arms finally my waist. The fat around the waist is the hardest to lose in my opinion.

  • There is no such thing as toning. There is muscle development and fat loss, but toning has no meaning. Also, this is a push up! It's mostly for back and biceps, only slightly for pecs. Notice I said pecs, not breasts. You can't do anything to enlarge your breasts, only your pec muscles that underly them. This is the most bogus video ever.

  • And this is the most bogus post ever. If you took a second to read, it says nothing about enlarging breasts or toning muscles. It says firming breasts (which is easily possible) through push-ups, which work the back and pectorals equally and hardly workout the biceps at all. So obviously you don't know what you're talking about.

  • @nubianqueen707 A good way to tone breasts is by putting your elbows out and putting your palms together in a prayer motion then press your palms together, feeling you pec muscles tensing hold then release do this as often as you can every day :)

  • I strongly recommend push up bars or doing them on your fists(on a mat,pillows etc) because you will isolate your chest better & get a deeper stretch. I teach kickboxing/mma for fitness classes & I make all the ladies & fellas do them on their fists,Hope this helps.

  • @Nubianqueen707: Use a pectoral fly machine at weights that are difficult for you to do 4 sets of 6-8 repetitions. I've seen this provide good results over the course of 3 months with clients who want to firm the underlying muscles under the breast fat. It'll create a better projection of the breasts.

    That's how I'd instruct a client who already has toned arms and is concerned about them getting bulky.

  • of course its the easyiest as your basically doin nothing have to do like 50 of these to count as a normal 1 press up
