  • I think this man was a good president not because of the economy (people tend to be too simple-minded in giving an individual president credit for economic booms or bombs), but because he was willing to work with both sides. For example, his admistration gave tax relief to lower income people while also reforming welfare programs. We need a more moderate person like him. Anyone agree?

  • miss u hope obama is reelected!

  • I hope I don't have to see another one of these til 2017! LETS GO! OBAMA 2012!

  • i was born in 98. so i dont really know clinton or the 90s how were they like?

  • @TheTERM1000 Great economy and no war.

  • @Saebeck32 awesome.

  • @Saebeck32 how come people forget clinton was in 3 wars while in office, he was in bosnia, iraq, and kosovo, just to name the 3, i think there was 1 more war to, bush was in 2 wars, and 1 of them attacked us, how come people talk bad about bush but not clinton? clinton was in more wars then bush, and when clinton went into iraq he didnt even take out saddam, at least bush did! now i like both guys, but it dont make any sence, people call bush a war criminal, and an american killer, not right

  • these are facts.

  • Thumps up, Mr. President. We love you!

  • 3:10

    So much for that

  • @3:10

"First, America must maintain our record of fiscal responsibiliy. Through our last 4 budgets, we've turned record deficits into record surpluses and we've been able to pay out $600 billion of our national debt. On fact, we're on track to be debt-free by the end of the decade, for the first time sine 1835..."

That could of happened but unfortuately 9/11 screwed up those plans bad.

  • @willjk3025

Both parties stink as far I Concerned, they are bought and owned.

  • Mr. President I wished you was in office now. Thank you for a good life.

  • Ah the finest Israeli president the US has ever had.

  • he is the man

  • THIRD TERM! THIRD TERM! THIRD TERM!

  • @prayformarshall Ronald Reagan caused 911, his cowardly behavior in Lebanon inspired bin Lade.

  • COME BACK =D =D =D =D

  • Jeez, how on earth was the Bush administration incompetent enough to squander the promise the Clinton administration bequeathed to America?

  • funny how clinton the legend being a democrat actually ran a far far far better economy and government that the so called lovers pf the free market the republicans who turned a surplus into a $10.4 trillion deficit?

no long dodgy wars with clinton either.

the republicans dont believe in capitalism any more , nor do they believe in free trade or free market or small to medium business. their leaders just believe in corporatism that creates a few monopolies who own america + kill competiton

  • All those dislikes come from the same crowd who expect that by shouting him down, Clinton will die, but like any good Democrat he never dies, he smiles, brushes it off and says "Silly you calling me a radical I'm on the right wing of my Party, where does that leave you you unbalanced nutcase?"

  • Lincoln, Kennedy, Carter, Clinton, and Obama the best presidents ever. Lot's of love.

  • @mallwalker123

JFK was the last ACTUAL president and wanted to get rid of the new world order.

  • Clinton the great.

  • it's sad how the country was good and prosperous until 9/11, and then it pretty much tanked. Thanks BUSH! :)

  • FACE IT Bill was super man..haters he was not immune to ..if

  • i knew you want me back

  • we miss you, Mr. President! Please come back and save us! i think most of us would repeal the 22nd amendment if we could bring you back!

  • How did his successors screw everything up so badly?!

  • If I met him IK would strangle him. He's raped women Google: Juanita Broadderick. Then Hillary threatened her to be quit. This is what we have folks. We have one politician raping and his wife threatening the women he rapes. These people are destroying our country and it's why Communism is coming.

  • @amerikaiscommunist 'Communism is coming'? -Really-? Like to google things? Google, 'Berlin Wall', 'USSR', 'Cold War'. You'll find Communism fell, China is all it's huff and puff are Communist in name only. So unless North Korea which is an absolute Monarchy if anything is going to invade America Communism is definitely not coming.

  • @AjCassells tell me why did Communism suddenly end? Why did it last so long? Why couldn't it keep going?

I know there are thousands of mass graves with millions of people. We won't take Korea on. They might be too powerful. We never fight powerful countries. When Vienam, Korea or destroyed Germany, Iraq?

  • Well, he's no Reagan.

  • @LedWilde No, he was better than Reagan.

  • @larilin Reagan was better.

  • @LedWilde Bill Clinton balanced the budget, got the American economy back in order, and even ran budget surpluses. The country prospered, until another Republican president came along and started growing record deficits again. This time we were told: "Deficits don't matter." Of course, they do matter if the president is a Democrat... Republicans are funny creatures: ignorant, dishonest, a lot of them downright stupid.

  • @larilin Except Reagan.

  • @LedWilde Reagan wold have been a socialist traitor to today's tea partiers. Regan said "the only way this country (i.e., the USA) should deal with deficits is thru economic growth". Then he stimulated the economy with massive public spending (defense budget), that's keynsianism if I ever saw it.

  • @larilin You like Reagan too?

  • @LedWilde That's what you get from our exchange?

  • @larilin Nah, I hear ya.

  • @larilin YES....and the lie that obama has increased the debt by "spending". He inherited a 1.7 trillion dollar annual deficit coupled with an inevitable 8 trillion dollars over 10 years...he spent 1 trillion dollars-BUT bush also had two unfunded wars, a large prescription drug plan and the 01 tax cuts.

  • @ihofaerefa no Obama did increase the debt yes Bush went in with a 600 billion surplus and out with a 300 billion deficit but Now it is 1 trillion so both Bush and Obama raise the deficit.

  • @larilin He also gave China Free Trade, but he was an unprincipled Liberal in order to stay in office, so I dont think he was that bad

  • @larilin thts a very ignorant statement for yourself, assuming just cause you belong to one party versus the other you're automatically free from the weaknesses of being simply human

  • @larilin omfg I love your quote. BLESS YOU!

  • @larilin Presidents don't make laws. Congress does. You have to give credit to Congress as well. And who controlled Congress? Oh that's right the GOP. hmmmm

  • All we need is another dotcom boom and who creates the budgets? That's right, congress. Who controlled congress then? I think you're being ignorant, dishonest and downright stupid.

  • @larilin Lets see, the federal debt started growing under Reagan because he ran huge budget deficits in a gigantic Keynsian stimulus of the economy. He would not "balance the budget on the backs of American tax payers." And: Reagan showed his true colors when he withdrew from Lebanon after a terror attack, which made bin Laden conclude America is a 'paper tiger', does not have the stomach for a fight and can therefore be beaten.

  • Please-heckle-this-bastard.Ask-him-where-his-Black-child-is-the-one-he-had-with-the-Black-prostitute?Ask-him-how-many-Black-prostitutes-he-has-had-sex-with-when-he-was-Governor-of-Arkansas?ASk-him-why-he-paid-the-three-as-much-money-as-they-wanted?Ask-him-if-he's-taken-care-of-his-Black-son?Ask-him-if-Chelsea-is-even-his-daughter?I-can't-believe-we-have-to-keep-listening-to-this-piece-of-shit.Ask-him-why-did-he-kill-his-bodyguards?

  • @amerikaiscommunist you're coment is funny cause you're fucking retarded

but then again retardation is just a conspiracy

  • @kllgn2 Justbecause you don't know shit about that useless piece of garbage is your problem.

  • @amerikaiscommunist there's a difference between actually knowing something, and just making it up, you might wanna check up on that once you get outta the insane asylum, or preschool

  • @kllgn2 there's a difference between someone wanting to learn and not giving a shit too.

  • @amerikaiscommunist and you clearly don't give a shit about logic or common sense so learn some bitch

  • @kllgn2 Yhis piece of garbage did indeed have a child with a Black prostitute. Ask him the next time he speaks some where. He screwed Black prostitutes all the time. He would do three at a time. The one he got prgnant

she told him to ude a condom but he said I never use them. Then she had a child, but they supposedly were

sent to Australia to get them out of the way. This was before he was president. WHy did the JEws media keep this from us? Remember when they told us about Gary HArt cheated?

  • Everyone on the Internet knows Bill Clinton screwed black prostitutes and had a chld with one. The JEw media didn't say it on TV. So many don't know it. Your president screwed prostitutes and had a child with one and he was your president. Then look at all the stuff he did. It goes hand in hand. Someone lives a sick life and then they do stupid stuff. But now it's like he's a good ole boy and has all the answers.

  • @amerikaiscommunist It all makes sense now, thats why hamburgers fly, a black guy is a facist, communist, nazi, who drew his ultimate life goals form a neighborhood associate, and in the end will drive two more planes into the trade center building in new york, cause the buildings are only cloaked, they weren't actually destroyed.

you need to loosen up and get laid bro, actually don't because women don't exist, and they're really just rabid mexicans that will turn us gay

  • @kllgn2 Please@Youever heard of search engines? Google Clintom Black kid Everyone shoukd just get laid and screw ut all because the JEws are going to screw us all

  • @amerikaiscommunist according to the internet you could grow your dick 4 inches in 2 weeks for free, i guess you tried it and figured it didn't work, thats why you're so pissed and retarded

  • @kllgn2 you don't have to do that when you're hunh already. I can't belive someone hasn't pumped bastard full of lead.

  • @amerikaiscommunist if you gotta brag about you're dick size on the internet... obviously you're lyin

  • @kllgn2 it is bragging. If you got five inches hanging you don't need to make it bigger.

  • @amerikaiscommunist bit of denial eh?

  • @amerikaiscommunist if you gotta brag about 5 inches, then you're just a bitch

  • @amerikaiscommunist hella denial!!!!!!

  • That's how it works, Left wing Governments clean up the messes of right wing governments, and right wing governments take credit for the investments of Left Wing Governments. Just what if the Republicans, who pretend to care about voter fraud, hadn't committed voter fraud and Al Gore had been President? We would be much stronger

  • I'd also like to thank Monica for taking the entire shaft into her mouth.

  • @sig0 I cracked up when i saw this! lol

  • Good times! Don't we all long for the days when we were just morally bankrupt, as opposed to actually being bankrupt?

  • "We've created 22 Million jobs"....................Jesus, someone tell me why this era had to go so soon?

  • @Illmatic662 Bush

  • It's crazy how much things change just based on one election. If Bush H.W. had won in '92, Clinton would've been re-elected in 2000. Would've been a very different decade

  • HE has risen all right !, IN the office ! . He loved blowjobs....receiving, not giving

  • overall, not a bad job, not bad at all

  • that was a sweet blissful time for america, those final years of the 90s, looking back

  • My god what the hell happened?

  • Too bad I was a kid in the 90's im 19 now and still growing up and economy sucks ass now.

  • @ndgh209 I second your comment.

  • @ndgh209

rather be coming of age now than in 1999. If you came of age then, you'd be in your 30s and in the shitty economy. Now we're very young and growth is in the future... We're the New Greatest Generation man, and we're gonna fsu

  • @tubub wat u mean by "coming of age"?????

  • The 90s was a decade of hope.

  • @JimColyer

And the beginning of the end of america as we know it.

thanks a lot for pushing the community reinvestment act and NAFTA down our throats, your could be greatful for that.

  • Bush turned the country to shit. and Obamas swimming in it

  • I can understand Bill" Your wife(ha') hillarious, just wasnt up to put"n out for ya". Do ya think Monicka swallowed a liitle?

  • Bill, I wish everything you said in this video was still true, but its not :(

  • All of those achievements he mentions at the end are all down the shitter after Bush. US goods and services are almost half the price around the world now..

  • Good riddance

  • I miss Bill, he helped make the 90's so great. Look at him, what a fucking president. Fuck you Bush, Fuck you Obama.

  • 'Debt free by the end of the decade.' Nawh. :(

  • @prettyspeeches We could have done it. We went to war around the world for more than a decade, cut taxes, changed the healthcare system, and then changed it again. We saw the market boom, then bust, and handed our remaining resources to companies who used it irresponsibly. We elected a government, and then elected another government so completely opposed to the first that party ideology became more powerful than the will of the American people. We could have done it. We blew it.

  • 1:49 sums up everything you need to know about how great things were.

  • Let`s not give too much praie here. Don` forgett that President Clinton`s fiscal policy initiated the de-regulation of the banking sytstem as we know it today. The same was true for the UK when Gordon Brown succeeded Tony Blair and the same deregulation he initiated as Chancellor. I can understand the philosphy, free the markets, trust the markets to generare wealth and jobs, and it worked....to a point. Globalisatio as we know it today is ugly and underpins the dark side of capitalsism.

  • when i look t this video i cannot forget the west wing.

when the fiction and the reality are clothenning

  • dude was the best president ever.

  • A truly great president!!

  • I miss Bill Clinton.

I miss him even more because of the times we are in today.

Clinton would have fixed this mess.

    He did it before.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • I didn't like Bill Clinton at the time, but now Bush and Obama have seriously screwed everything up.

  • look up ron paul u guys

  • Gosh, I was ten years younger and we all admired Bill for his undeniable success as a President and, financially, as the Chief Executive Officer of the USA. Lower debt, more jobs... But it was a time when China and India still mattered much less than they do today. More importantly, the West still had a bit of self-esteem. Now...

  • No Don't Go Bill!!!

  • I was born in 89 so I dont remember much from the 90s but the way he speaks it seemed like a really nice place hahah

  • Comment removed

  • "We are on track to be debt-free by the end of the decade" L O L O L O L

  • @Jonathannovak1 Yup, we were. What Clinton failed to realize is that we had just elected a blubbering idiot into the Presidency who had little to no idea about what to do for this country. All those years of Clinton's hard work, gone.

  • @dakrus Its funny to think about, how prosperous everything was and how hopeful the future seemed. No one was scared of terrorists. The scariest thing was Y2K. And then Bush comes and BAM 9/11, recession, everyone hates the US, unemployment, etc. Everything became so miserable, and now poor President Obama is stuck with that huge mess.

  • @Jonathannovak1 It's really just too depressing to think about. I see Obama trying every day, but it's really just become an impossible situation in DC.

  • Clinton was great.

He turned this country around from a Bush mess.

Too bad Obama can't do that.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • The Clinton Years: Great Times.

  • reagan started trickle down economics not clinton

we only had 6 percent unemployment no tsa or patriot act existed back then

  • "Turning over the reigns of leadership to a new president" :(

    Bushed screwed it all up.

  • What a selfish demogog, he didn't even talk about what HE did to resign from office

  • @OxfordWildcats14

    Resign? Are you retarded?

  • @OxfordWildcats14 If you call leaving due to term limits resignation...

  • bush and obama are two of the worst presidents this country has ever had bush got this country in a big mess obama made it worse. clinton was a good president the economy was good when he was president people had jobs and the price of gas wasnt four dollars a gallon.

  • @burntvalve86 no. bush got us into this mess. obama is trying, and rather successfully, to get us out of it.

  • @burntvalve86 how has Obama made it worse? People seem to have such short memories. When Obama took office this country was in free fall, both our economy and our foreign relations. Obama prevented us from plunging into a depression and kept unemployment in the single digits and has restored our image around the world. Just because things didn't stop getting worse as soon as Obama got into office doesnt make him a bad President. We should be thanking him.

  • @dakrus Obama HASN'T DONE A THING except letting the local & federal reserve banking sharks buy up all the debt THEY created to hedge billions creating high inflation. Every "bailout" you hear about on the news comes at the cost of OUR taxes (there by increasing the tax rate). That "feel good healthcare" bill couldn't have come at a WORSE time. Job loss continues, unemployment is at an all time high. We should not be thanking obama. - I'm a third party libertarian, neither parties get my vote.

  • @CAinfowarrior

Got that right, ever since JFK died (even though I Wasn't born yet) this country has truly gone to shit.

  • Under this president we had a budget surplus, cheap gas, cheap food and a booming economy. What else could you ask. I wish he could have ran for president for another term.

  • @ApFaqTech

You can thank newt gingrich for that.

  • The GREATEST PRESIDENT OF ALL TIME!!!!

  • Remember in the 90's when we actually had an economy and people could get jobs?

  • Comment removed

  • @Anon371 Yea I remember!! and Clinton had nothing to do with it.

It was the Contract With America proposed, implemented, and led by Newt Gingrich that moved our country economically.

I also watch this Philanderer gloat and lie to American how he balanced the budget .

It never happened, we were 3 trillion in debt when he left office. Google it!

  • @Anon371 Yes, I miss the 90's.

  • @Anon371 caused by Reagan in the 80s, Bill Clinton gets credit for a lot of things he was not responsible for...

  • @IAmMoparNut AMEN.Everybody thinks it was BIll Clinton that the economy was good.I have a bridge to sell to those people.....except I'm honest.

  • @IAmMoparNut

But he was just a puppet of the global elite.

  • @Anon371 Reagan built that economy with his bare hands! Clinton just had the common sense to tax the rich a little more to pay off the national debt.

  • @arrrn70 By the time Clinton left office, the economy was slowing rapidly, and it slipped into recession in March 2001, just weeks after George W. Bush was sworn in.

  • @Anon371 His economy is good because he had a republican congress.

  • @Hperman09

Is that right? What about when Bush had not only the Presidency, but both houses of Congress and the Supreme Court? Didn't things seem to suck then?

  • @Anon371 the 90's was great since then its been hell 9/11,iraq part 2,the economy and healthcare way to go bush and obama im not going to be suckered into rocking the vote and whatever else count me out for 2012. Clinton is the best president in my book since I have been living.

  • @retroguy1976 actually iraq part 3, the 1st bush, clinton went to war with iraq twice never got saddam, then bush 2, bush 2 finally got saddam, somthing 3 presidents tried to do, clinton and gore while in office said for sure iraq had wmd, look it up on youtube, i love clinton, and i like bush, i just feel like bush had it rougher then all 3 presidents, at least clinton didnt have 911, though clinton was closer to 911 then bush was, cuz bush just got into office

  • @TheMattd546 Clinton's conflicts were comprised of mostly air strikes and very few troops were on the ground. These were smart wars that lasted only a matter of months, with very few casualties...kinda like what Obama did in Libya. Bush put THOUSANDS of Americans in harms way and thousands of brave soldiers dies. Bush's wars each lasted for a decade!!!

  • @Saebeck32 i see what your saying man, it sucks, it does, but i do wish went clinton went to iraq he at least took out saddam, cuz if he did, im sure we wouldnt have been there for the past decade, we would have just been in afganistan, and would have ended sooner with more troops instead of being split into 2 wars, wars suck perioud, but i say if you are gonna go into a war at least finish it, i dont like this going in for a month or 2 and doing not much

  • @TheMattd546 Taking out Saddam wasn't the mission when Clinton ordered airstrikes....the question you should be asking is why didn't Bush Sr. take out Saddam during Desert Storm in 1991??

  • @Saebeck32 i've been saying that. bush Sr. should have taken him out, then clinton & bush's son would be allset with iraq, i agree, i like clinton & i actually like bush 2 i didnt care for bush sr. but bush 2, i think the crash was bound to happend no matter who was president, its somthing that was adding up since way back when, & well the wars, 1 of them started here, its hard to blame bush for that, iraq well hmm, but maybe it was right, not so sure, but bush 2 was better then bush Sr. i think

  • @TheMattd546 But at least Bush Sr. had a reason to invade Iraq and international support. Bush jr. invaded Iraq on a hunch, against the will of our allies. Bush Sr.'s war lasted 6 months...Bush jr.'s war lasted 8 years. George w Bush simply was not smart enough to be president.

  • @Saebeck32 but at least that long 3 president war is over, at least he took out saddam, cuz if he didnt and just stoped, another 3 or 4 presidents would be after him all over and over again, and its like the more we go there the more we all pay for it, its nuts, bush jr had the UN on our side, with the disclose or you will face..... , brittan wanted him gone, and bush jr did have a vote in congress, and everyone said yes, go get em, and after it was done you get these liers in the sen. saying no

  • @Saebeck32 SR pushed iraq out of kuwait he didnt invade iraq

  • @DRisLegend200919 Neither did Clinton, he launched targeted air strikes. No ground troops and occupation.

  • @DRisLegend200919 Actually, the U.S. and UN forces invaded Iraq in 1991 but only the southern part of it and not moving into Baghdad. Google up all the battles we fought during the first Gulf War. More battles in the first Gulf War was fought in Iraq than in Kuwait.

  • @Saebeck32 I don't care. It's damn if we don't and damn if we do. I saw a lot of comments about Clinton saying he deserved to die because he was afraid of public opinion in the USA about the events in Somalia due to the Rwanda Genocide in 1994. Since Bush Jr decided that was not the case for him and part of war on terror, he invaded since Saddam broke the 1991 UN ceasefire treaty. It's pretty much a no win situation nowadays.

I do agree Bush Jr is not smart enought to be President.

  • @Saebeck32 Wrote: "George w Bush simply was not smart enough to be president."

Which I believe, is why he was "ordained" to be President. Seems that he was more like Dick Cheney's puppet.

Iraq's invasion of Kuait was the result of bungled policy on the part of Bush41, as was Dessert Shield and Dessert Storm. Up to that point, the Taliban was an ally of the U.S.

This is one area where H. Ross Perot hit the nail smack dab on the head.

  • @Saebeck32 you hit the nail right on the head here, becouse bush sr. didnt take out saddam during desert storm in 91, it was like a domino effect with the past 2 presidents going after him, it could have been settled in 91, & i remember pres. clinton asking congress if he could go after osama bin laden and the terror network, and congress said no, if congress let him 911 just maybe wouldnt of happend, its important to studdy the history of how this all became

  • @TheMattd546 Clinton actually had plans to deploy U.S. troops into Afghanistan, remove the Taliban regime, and search for Bin Laden after the 2000 USS Cole incident in Yemen but Congress refused to grant him an authority to do so because they don't have evidence whether the USS Cole bombing was the work of Al-Qaeda/Bin Laden or not. Also, the U.S. was cutting a lot of military budget for the money to be used on it's economy since many felt no legit threat at that time.

  • @Hperman09 yup i remember that, it all back fired on congress in 2001 crazy

  • @TheMattd546 I don't think we allow Hussein to threaten his neighbors again after the 1991 Gulf War but i don't think we should have invade Baghdad either. No doubt Hussein was a trouble maker to the region but he did kept in factions in check in Iraq.

Ther reason why Bush Sr didn't invade Baghdad and remove Hussein in 1991 because he realized that he could not control the factions that could blown into civil war in Iraq after Hussein was removed. This is exactly what happened in Iraq now.

  • Honestly who gives a crap about who he was sleeping with all thoose self righteous republicans are sleeping with their nannys any ways just no one abmits it so you know what who cares about him having an affair we were in the black with our budget the nation was good than we elected a man named George W. Bush who was definitely the worst president in history we went from one of the best presidents to one of the worst presidents Deregulation is the worst idea

  • Absolute TRASH!!!

  • Back when we had a budget surplus, the good ol' days. Thanks Bush for fucking that up and thanks Obama for nothing.

  • thank god i was born during his presidency. kids these days are finding hard to study in school with massive budget cuts...

  • Its always sad to see Bill Clinton's 2000 SOTU speech and farewell because America was going into the 2000s at our best only to get George Bush to just mess it all up and pass his mess to President Obama. but i believe Obama can give a great farewell address in January 2017 just like this one.

  • @EdwardP88 more like 2012, not 2017.

  • @EdwardP88 The truth is that, during his second term, the household and financial debt exploded and current-account and trade deficits widened to record levels. The dotcom crash led to a recession (2001-2003), which created a basis for the next bubble, crash and recession. Growing 5% a year in 1997-2000 (like in 2004-2006) was not realistic nor healthy. I think this time the recovery is different, more export-oriented.

  • @EdwardP88 Keep dreaming.

  • Much to the dismay and deep seated hatred towards Obama from conservatives, if economic trends continue as they are and Obama is protected and is safe, he will give a farewell speech in January 2017. Conditions and time will tell. Bill Clinton, I believe is a better president from historical perspectives better than Ronald Reagan.

  • @Mr40acresandamule thats why I know President Obama will be giving his farewell address in January 2017 because the country isn't dumb, they understand where we were in 2008 and they are not going to rush to the polls in 2012 to elect a new president, when they see that THE ECONOMY IS RECOVERING under Obama, the Iraq war will come to a complete end in December 2011. He has handled every crisis in front of him despite the right's attacks, BP Oil Spill, Economy, 2 Wars, Libya, etc.

  • I wasn't disagreeing with you. You know I spoke with two colleagues/friends who are conservative: one a Republican leaning independent and the other a Tea Party person. They both told me that Obama is going to get re-elected easily in a landslide, no joke. They both realize that the economy is picking up, no Republican out there can beat him as of now, and the labor union protests in the Midwest, and the racially demographic changes the U.S. Census Bureau brought out last week.

  • Mr Bill Clinton the whole of Kosovo thanks you and all your American nation for helping us during difficult times. We will never forget.

    God bless you all.
