@sauge1000 you can type in at the google search ford flex click on the third link click build and price and you can build your own and have all features you want like a fridge etc... hope this helped
you can get a station wagon, but that's too Brady bunch. You can get a minivan, but that's too soccer-mom. Or you can get an SUV, but everyone else in your neighborhood has one. Or you can get something different. THE FORD FLEX
The Flex gets 17mpg from a gruff sounding V6. A 1992 Caprice wagon gets 22mpg according to MW from a V8. Also the caprice is better looking with more space inside and a proper front seat. Progress? I don't think so. Although I do prefer the Flex to these disgustingly ugly crossover things.
The Caprice is also significantly slower and less safe, handles far more poorly, offers far fewer creature comforts, and emits literally exponentially more pollutants. According to the EPA's revised numbers, it gets roughly the same economy real-world.
@groMMit1981 its not really that big in person. Many familys own an SUV or minivan along with of a sadan. Most people buying a car like this will not use it as a commuter car racking up 20,000 miles a year but as a family wagon and road trip vehicle. I actually wonder why people own such small cars like the smart or yaris at times - one hit from a snow plow or delivery van and your toast!
yup, a clunky hearse. Get one with a black body, and you'll really throw people off! last year's model had a great cameo on the Late Late Show, though!
I'm not a huge ford fan, but I like this a lot. It's different...in a good way.

I love the Flex. It's much better than the better selling Edge, but the Edge styling has more appeal.

Look mostly like a station wagon but more fancy.

CR gave this Flex a better review than the recently redesigned Explorer.

Uniquely styled, it looks like nothing else on the road? Its a copy of a chopped Range Rover!

Progress? Quite blatantly obvious, I'd say.
Nice try though.

Dear America, have fun parking that behemoth! Bigger does NOT = better.
Now seriously who the fuck requires such a big car for personal non business use?
