when making a fluid in blender the domain is what the fluid hits. make shure you have your fluid check under the physics-fluid-fluid button and your fluid box checked under physics-fluid-domain button

hmm... whereever i go i cant find an actual 'advanced' fluid tutorial! this is the bare basics there is so much more you can do. ive figured out a lot, but still... can anyone point me in the direction of a really advanced fluid tutorial?

When it is baked it only becomes light blue, but the materials preview shows a tranlucent sphere. Why is this happening?? Plz respond

it only properly completes when you actually render it and have the final product

Also, I did the same thing as you: I change it to 250 frames so it would look nicer and render more detail and time!
