Apparently the person who created Deathstroke didn't know about Deadpool at the time. His friend called him up after he drew Deathstroke and sent it to said friend and asked why he drew Deadpool. He didn't know who that was and looked it up and then realized that he drew Deathstroke similar to Deadpool without realizing it. Then he just started fooling around with it because of how ironic it was. Apparently the creater of Deadpool doesn't care, even after Deathstroke was named Slade Wilson. ^.^
