  • HOW THE FUCK DID YOU DEFEAT THE ONLY ONE IN LIKE 0,5 SECONDS.

Excuse me. Great job by the way

  • Are you sure this is an X-MISSION?

    Look's too easy ;/

  • Am I the only one who thinks this looks easy, but is going to be an incredible pain in the neck when oneself has to do it?

  • You did this with ONE STYLUS?!??!

  • I have no idea why, but Pempti gave me more issues on Hard than Extreme, probably because it was that goddamn mission where you have to operate on three patients.

  • shit i always fail on this op

    btw, nice performance.

  • On Second Opinion, Pempti on Anderson is HARD.

it is HELL HARD. i barely completed it without a Healing Touch...

  • I thought Pempti in SO was pretty eas... I XSed every operationg having to do with pempti...

  • pempti is ez. kyriaki is hardddd on XS mode

  • Four words.

    I.

    FUCKING.

    HATE.

    PEMPTI.

  • Agreed

  • me too

  • i hate this one it's so damn hard

  • HOLY SHIT! Hi Derek Stiles.

  • infinite laser ftw

  • I love infinite laser.

  • Well, now we know where Dr.Stiles gets his "amazing surgical speed".

  • Where?

  • This mission: Near Impossible.

    How you did it: Incredible.

  • Another thing how come the vitals whent up so fast when you use the stablizer when mine goes up very slowly

  • cause you probably do it during the attack which makes it go up slowly

  • i always kill the bottom one but i always fail when the top one is at one HP

  • I XS'd this the other day, and I just wanted to throw out a hint that I don't think Nick did already,

When you're attacking the Blue ones, no matter how fast you are, ONE will always survive,

You can kill two of the first set, then all three of the second, then go back for the last one and treat the tiny tumors, I find that it takes less time, and drains less vitals.

ALSO, You can just do three damage to the top one, then rape the bottom one for a better time.

  • Thank god I XSed Pempti when I beat it for the first time. God knows I don't need to relive it.

  • another perfect procedure by Dr.Nick =p

  • @firelordaxe No, He is Dr. Stiles.

  • wait, pempti is a guilt? I thought it was a disease, or something...

  • GUILT is a disease. Personally, I wouldn't watch unless I've seen it.

  • Funny story - I just did it for the first time after 8 hours (on and off) of solid pummeling via Pempti, I finally do it, and I'm too busy jumping around and fist-pumping to notice that I'd left two cuts and a few polyp holes on the lung, and before I had a chance to heal them up and pump vitals, the patient was dead. BAH!!!!!

  • lol... You aren't supposed to do that... As Dr. Stiles said, Don't relax until you're fully in the clear.

  • This mission is giving me major problems. Considering that I suck at Pempti on SO (it took me 2 weeks to pass X-5 on that, even with HT) I was always gonna have problems with it, but jeeeeeeeeeeeez. I can't even take out the first set of laceration cores without at least 2 of them making cuts, they're just too quick.

  • Pemti is my least favorite guilt in the first under the knife. It took me soooooooo long to beat

  • i wish atlus will make second opinion based on this game...

  • what about the original? How about: Trauma Center: Final Opinion, or Trauma Center: Strain of Darkness.

  • What's Trauma Center: Strain of Darkness?

  • It's Trauma Center: Second Opinion and Trauma Center: New Blood...

  • I notice you even the pempti's HP, so when the crazy pempti comes, you only have to take out one health. Thats smart.

  • Thanks for the video. I keep missing most of the tumor cores not lasering them enough, any tips. T_T

  • let two or three go by and laser the cores. then laser the tumors and gel them quick enough so you only lose about 15 points, and one injection and the gelling would reverse it.

  • They did ease the difficulty, but that's mainly because Pempti used to be insane. My X-5 win record in UtK1 is only about 40/60 without the pause trick, simply because if Pempti decides to use laceration cores twice in a row later on, you just lose instantly.

This mission still took me a few attempts. Wish I'd known the HP difference. -_-
