@ryguy1504 thinks he knows everything... i talked to the dudes from tdwp after this show, and i asked chris about mikes tooth. he told me that when mike was a kid he knocked it out when he went to do a slam dunk on a basketball hoop... i forgot how that exactly happened but like he did a chin up after dunking it and when he came down he caught his tooth on the rim and it got ripped out... the only reason no ones noticed till now was because he always wore a retainer with a fake tooth
