hey, this was my first year ever doing park so all the much i can do is 3... but how do you practice backflips or learn how to do them?

Step 1. Learn them on the tramp.
Step 2. Find a backcountry jump with decent lip. If its comfortable for you in the park then its cool.
Step 3. Carry enough speed.
Step 4. Pop. Throw your arms back and look back for the landing.
Step 5. Spot the landing.
Step 6. Ride away.
Easiest trick on a snowboard.
