I'm LDS too.  I did that when I was 14, and holy crap!! I almost barfed, lol. But for heaven's sake, don't drink water, that spreads out the hot stuff and makes it stronger/worse. Ur supposed to eat bread, rice, crackers, anything thick and dry-ish, to absorb it. That will get rid of it way faster. If you drink anything, drink milk.

Very funny We gave some elders some really hot Chilli Powder in their Tacos one night i have never seen them sweat like that before Yogurt is a good remedy for the taste they ate 8 buckets of it
