when i start poisoning, I get disconnected from the xbox live party, then if i poison long enough it disconnects from xbox live. What am I doing wrong? I followed all the steps properly up to that point.

If you have McAfee, open the security center and choose Real-Time Scanning and turn it off. if you have Avira, right click on the Avira icon in the taskbar and uncheck Anti-Virus. If you have anything else please respond back and I will look for a way to do it if you're still having trouble.
