@cornflakes11 and @HDZoHaaN Can you both try a battery pull? Remove the battery from the device while it's switched on. After 5 minutes replace the battery and attempt the download again. If it fails check the software you are running on the device. Make sure it's up to date. Once up to date try the download again. Do you have the same issues?

@preetychloexx What do you mean you "done" your Blackberry? Is the software up to date? Try a battery pull. Remove the battery from the device while the power is on. After 5 minutes replace the battery and switch on. Now try downloading App World as shown in the video. Do you still experience the same issue?

@manycough Check the software you are running on the device. You may need to update it. To check the software go to Menu > Options > About. The latest software is 6.0.0.600. If you need to update it connect your phone to your PC/Laptop and download the latest software through the Blackberry website.
