@NinjaPl33z Don't let the art teachers get you down. Talent is just an occasional shortcut. Art is annoyingly receptive to effort. As long as you keep doodling you WILL get better. And quickly, too. Helps to draw stuff you think is fun, so maybe you're not working on the right stuff right now.

dude I just stumbled on these and I can not stop watching very nice work I however have a question for you when you do the paint/ink thing in the begining do you have a plan or is it random and you just go from there?
You're very kind, The CartoonLoon. I'm really glad you enjoyed it. (Incidentally, I would like to adopt the CartoonLoon as the official currency of California.)
Hi there, nelsonjoey. I actually use a really dumb jerry-rigged process ini Quicktime Pro. I copy the whole video, cut the clip in half, scale-paste the full clip into the new file, then export. Now it's half the length, twice the speed. Rinse and repeat until you get to about a minute length. Laborious, but effective.

how do you get them to move, what kind of straw do you use?
golfguy8899 3 years ago
Hi golfguy8899. A thin straw tends to work best. Pressure is what it's all about. I do the animation using Anime Studio 5. Cheap and easy.

what program do u use to make the video go fast forword
nelsonjoey 3 years ago
Hi there, nelsonjoey. I actually use a really dumb jerry-rigged process ini Quicktime Pro. I copy the whole video, cut the clip in half, scale-paste the full clip into the new file, then export. Now it's half the length, twice the speed. Rinse and repeat until you get to about a minute length. Laborious, but effective.

If I may ask,
how exactly was the ending done?
was it stop motion or some type of program?
hardcorepunisher13 3 years ago
Hi there, hardcorepunisher13. I use Anime Studio 5. Good program, bad customer support, but still well worth it.
StefanGBucher 3 years ago
is the program hard to use?
because i've been looking for an editor program like that, yet can't find one that you don't need extensive training and practice to use.
hardcorepunisher13 3 years ago
You can follow my own education on the program going through the monsters in sequence. It's actually pretty straightforward.

i thought monsters were suppose to be scarey...
cmonz9 3 years ago
Well... I'm sure the Monsters are trying to be scary, but it takes practice. Right now they just can't disguise their friendly disposition.
