  • when they say lubricant, things pop in my head. nasty things.

  • wow! a nice discovery indeed... hope this would be a sustainable solution.. hope this would be a permanent thing for hiv prevention..

  • incredibly informative vid

  • AIDS is a pharma scam - the 2 protein HIV test is not accurate - hivquestions - peace

  • There are multiple sites and videos on Youtube explaining how each portion of the Beck Protocol functions to help those suffering from viral diseases and has personally helped me with my CFS. Visit the Unleash Health site and channel for more information on the Protocol and therapy!

  • Well, since HIV doesn't have a brain it can't have "wants".

  • @GingerDemarque :P clever clogs.

  • I think that membranes of the skin and mucus membranes react tto the HIV and receive instructions to invreace production to include morwe hiv protiens that we detect. The real danger being the longterm effect of the skin producing more and holding open the pores in the skin much like Leprosy all the secondary sorries and blisters are not part of Lepers. I think the T Cell attack was later as the waste proteins created in the skin build up faster than they can be taken away..

  • should eat more icecream yum yum chocolate chips my fave :)

  • Damn, one thing I would most of all... barebacking without the need of being scared. Not like I'll be having non-stop sex.. Im too picky for that shit xD

  • This is horrible, does anyone ever think about what will happen once the virus adapts, to the use of the gel, ? I mean think about it, then you have a vector for all kinds of viral infections that will never be cured, sometimes science is stupid. this is one of those cases.

  • The safest way is to stick with one partner, whether you are heterosexual or homosexual. Why is HIV more prevalent in the gay community? Because of having multiple partners. Why is HIV more prevalent is sub-Saharan Africa? Because of the cultural tradition of men sleeping with many women. What about with prostitutes? This has nothing to do with religion, but wouldn't you feel better having safe, and possibly unprotected sex, with a single partner that you know is clean?

  • Check HIVlover, com, you can see the living is not so hard. Most of the people can deal with it easily! good luck!!

  • How is 67% "twice as much as the rest of the world" - wouldn't it be uh... 17% more?

  • @HunsV The rest of the world = 33%. 33 x 2 = 66.

  • hahah, why exactly would GML stop the T cell "dispatch"??

  • Welcome to HIVlover com, the largest and most trusted dating site for singles living with HIV/Aids and other STDs.There are hundreds of thousands of members are living with HIV/AIDS, Herpes and other STDs just like you.

  • Procedure Prevents HIV/AIDS

Stallings et al. (2009) reported that, in Tanzanian women,

the risk of HIV among women who had undergone Female Circumcision

was roughly half that of women who had not; the association

remained significant after adjusting for region, household

wealth, age, lifetime partners, and union status.

  • just wear a condom, whats so hard about that?

it's more likely for someone to die of cancer or a heart attack than to get aids.

  • @xEugene123x As it so happens, HIV moleclues are smaller than the gaps inbetween the best latex condoms. This means that while it does help prevent the spread of the disease and reduce thr risk of contracrting it, it is still possible to contract the HIV viris, even with the best condoms available, no breakage, and proper use.

  • @gingercatgen oh wow, I didn't know that. Thanks for the insite gingercatgen

  • @gingercatgen Are you serious? Where did you heard that?

  • they have alsostarted creating a substance that clamp around the aids virus so it doesnt change shape or move at all, if they combine that treatment with this, it would be an end to aids full stop.

  • doesn't this mean that you have aids it just doesn't spread?

  • oh wow nice go minnesota YAY

  • AMAZING.

  • Comment removed

  • AMAZING

  • My question is that if it stops the sending of more t cells then what about other diseases that t cells don't get infected by. You won't get aids but something else could spead on a massively rapid scale if not confronted by t-cells

  • Yes, but does it work in assholes as well?

  • Everyone has T-Cells so yes.

  • that would take some balls to have sex with an hiv infected person with some gel used in the food industry as protection

  • Cool!

  • wow. Pretty cool! maybe this can lead to an actual cure

  • wasnt hiv virus something that goverment made up to control population? speaking of conspiracy theories..

  • Yes, American idiots are actively developing cures for both cancer and AIDS.

    We're so dum! man how r u so smrat???//

  • Wake up!! They don't want to find the cure for aids and cancer, if they find the cure you'll have 70% hospital empty and 70% less profit for Big Pharma companies...

  • Lmao.

  • Of course.

People don't understand it's going to be along time before we find a cure. Big Pharma is more interested in ways to "treat" to problem, so you are always in need of something to maintain your illness.

I mean, what Pharmaceutical Company wants to cure people? Healthy people don't buy pharmaceuticals. It's must more profitable to find a way to "manage" someones illness so they are a continue stream of revenue for the company. ;D

I don't see why people find this so hard to believe.

  • exactly!

  • @rmgc3 lol I want to do a search for every comment on youtube that starts with the phrase: "Wake up!!"

I'm pretty sure they want to find the cure anyway, dear. In fact, every biologist I know wants to be in cancer research.

Also you totally pulled that "70 percent" straight out of your ass. There is no way that's accurate. Aging illnesses are more than the majority, I'm sure.

  • @Heligoland43 Even if you think to know everything is evident that you don't.

Your bullshits are pulled out from your fucked ass... There's a reason why my comment is the most voted from youtube user's but I know you can't understand it...

  • @rmgc3 Obviously not... I think I followed some of that, though? Yes, your plus 7 is truly amazing. Let us all bow down. I've no doubt there's a fair sized contingent of people as silly and paranoid as you in the world, and I'm just glad they don't vote in actual elections-- cause they don't think it will do anything.

  • @Heligoland43 Fortunatly there's a fair sized contingent people that think with his own brain and is not manipulated from the media as you are...

  • @rmgc3 D: oh GOD.

It's like you don't even have a clichedar.

  • @Heligoland43 now is +9! we grow every day!!

  • @rmgc3 fucking retarded conspiricist. You make me sick.

  • @maxpowd3r fucking retarded paid debunker...

  • @rmgc3 i wish i could get paid for hassling dumbasses like yourself. "zomfg he doesn't believe a conspiracy, he must get paid to go on youtube and promote lies". You conspiracy obsessed freaks even have conspiracies for your own conspiracies. On what grounds to you state your arguement on hiv, if any? Pretty sure you just saw another comment on youtube saying that so you decided to repost it.

  • @rmgc3 Why do you think people attend university for science and have work in labs? Is it so they can find a cure for cancer and not tell anyone about it? They wouldn't earn any money, and would have to find new jobs! But i know what you're going to say, "omg well itz cuz teh drug companies pay them to not release it" Well one, drug companies would earn more $ by releasing the cure and charging a higher price as opposed to paying the scientists to keep quiet it.

  • @rmgc3 Two, many scientists have relatives/friends who die of these diseases. That's what inspired many to go into this field. Granted, there are new ways to treat cancer/hiv that haven't been released yet... But that's very common in medicine. Usually drugs are around for years before they are released to the public. The reason being long term side effects CAN occur, and they want to be positive that the particular drug has none. You'd probably know that if you knew about science though.

  • @rmgc3 Get this word into your head: competition.

Come up with an HIV cure (or extremely effective treatment for it or treatment to prevent its propagation) and you'll become one of the richest man on earth. This is an extremely good incentive and the reason why your stupid criticism doesn't work. "Big Pharma" doesn't include all (or most) scientists and all of them working on HIV research want a piece of that big money pie called "cure".

  • @elguanteloko you stupid... because you don't understand the simple economic fact that it's better to provide a life treatament that a instant cure or vaccine... it's pure economic!!

  • @rmgc3 In a world where there is no competition, sure.

Right now most HIV researchers get zero dollars from HIV treatment development (most HIV researchers are NOT working for big pharma)..don't you think they have an incentive to come up with an effective cure instead of entering the already-competed market of HIV for-life treatments? You aren't even understanding what I'm saying. I'm speaking of the OTHER people who don't sell the current treatments. THEY have the incentive to develop a cure

  • Yes, some American idiots also made up HIV to explain a new Syndrome and make profit out of it.

If they hadn't made it up, they wouldn't need to look for a cure.

  • But... There... Is a cure.

How can something be made up yet there be a CURE for it?

  • I haven't seen in the News such official cure ...

How about all the other germs and viruses ? Isn't that product causing AIDS itself by leaving our body without T-Cells when we need them... ?

  • That is so, so awesome!

Gawsh I cant wait to start getting involved in research... its gonna be so cool :D

  • You have been lied to. Don't believe the hype. You are the one being a moron, but that does not mean you are one, you are simply acting like one by spreading this lie.

  • FUCK u are so insenstive and horribl how cna you say that about people who dindt hcose 2 be taht waI!!!

  • You really believe that? You are the stupid one. I bet you believe in an all powerful imaginary friend too, that loves everyone equally unless they piss him off, in which case you'll burn in hell.

What's shocking is it took them this long to find something so simple!

  • Shut the hell up.

  • will we ever have a cure?

i think we will but not in my life time

    and some of u people

not that u are old or anything but i doubt will have cure until we have flying cars

  • we already have flying cars, they're just not out to the public yet, just thought you should know.

  • well that might be true

its like saying aliens don't exist

  • They showed gel in a monkeys vaginas?

  • would this work? on fagged asses when they have sex?

  • what if the gml wears off and the infected tcells are still there?

  • yeah same question

  • This will not work.

The pope said condoms will not work. why should this be any different?

  • I was being sarcastic, FUCK THE POPE!

  • if it shuts of the t cells what if you get ill then you will die not of aids but because of a simple illness this is a load of crap and if you still get aids whats the fucking point?

  • ..it doesn't spread is the point, you don't get aids. A few cells are infected, you can lose a few and be fine it's when it spreads to all of your t cells that you can die from a small infection. Either way I'm not sure people who arn't wearing condoms now to prevent contracting hiv will use this lube...

  • AIDS isn't the only STD haha.

  • YOU SUCK! I'm white but still you are the worst.

  • if you are serious, you need a brain transplant.

  • Screw you.

  • well they will have their subjects to test and im sure its either animals or people who volunteer willingly..but if this actually works,..this will definitely reduce the amount that is insanely alot now.>

btw guys, want to share with you about this new blog that shows only the best youtube videos, reviewed, scripted and discussed!

    (sharing/recommendation)

    w w w . kampaitube. b l o g s p o t. c o m

  • ahahahahaha

  • it's still risky if you ask me.

  • wow reinventing what they used to put on condoms and selling it to a new generation. Take this video and shove it up your ice cream cone.

  • i don't get it... what do they want from us? to eat icecream before he have sex? and what if we scrach our skin and get a virus or bacteria? will the white cells still go there? if no, this sucks xD

  • Why do they have to test on animals?

  • Because you didn't volunteer.

  • u wanne be tested instead ?

what they gonne test it on anyway :s a orange ?

  • IF this works U of Minn would be so famous.

  • Since something like 70% of our immune system is dedicated to protecting our digestive tract, I can't help but wonder what the effects of an immunosuppressant in our ice cream would be. That seems more than a little scary.

Also, I am amused by the idea of using ice cream as a lubricant. And the fact that some scientists out there are being paid to lube up monkeys. Ice Cream + Monkey Lube = less HIV/AIDS! @.@

  • people have mean comments on you tube -_- nice info i hope all you weirdo's putting bad comments burn in hell XD

  • you lost me at "applied vaginally to female monkeys"

i cant even see the logic process on molesting monkeys with ice cream preserative

  • That would count your mom and dad too, wouldn't it? in fact you're born with it. I hope you die fucking lezbo :) I'd rape the shit out of your dead body, hot sex eh

  • and what would be the effects of disabling the T-cells? are they suggesting the lube be applied full time or just when ur having sex with an HIV infected person? i'm not convinced, keep looking tho. I think God may have u on this one

  • JESUS LOVES YOU

  • Fuck you.

  • namaste

  • amazing - wish u guys the best of luck with the clinical trials!

  • hey you listen up you little god damn fucking bitch, this is a huge break through so keep your bullshit religion to yourself, because honestly nobody gives a fuck. why wouldnt you support something that could save millions of people.

    p.s. FUCK YOU.

  • wow es un gran video y un gran avance!!

  • so with gml you dont AIDS but you get HIV? and if I'm wrong do you still get pregnant?

  • that actually makes sense im suprised but it will probably cost 1000s for just a dose GSK

  • wtf u fuckin jew go fuck ure self asshole

  • aids is for losers

  • tube

  • why is it always the woman who has to be the guinea pig. first its the pill and now anti aids lubricant

  • Interesting. Still, the virus is not killed. However, the solution is not really a preventive medicine, but preventive actions from the side of people - not to have unprotected polygamic sex and not to be driven by their primal sexual urges this much, so that the decease be confined and in time abolished... by ppl reducing their uncontrolled sexual activity

  • Great, no more condoms... xD Seriously, great video :) absolute genius 5/5

  • theres still alot of other diseases u can get when ur having sex without a condom !!

  • Indeed, like HPV - the most widely spread sexual transmitted virus.... most people had it at some point and their immune systems successfully fought with it. However, two types of HPV are now known to be the primary reason for cervical cancer in women and also affects sensitive internal tissue of the same type in men as well

  • It's not a cure. It's a preventative measure. I'm curious if disabling the body's immune system won't make the female more susceptible to other STIs?

  • Yeah but how big are the chances that a male has HIV/AIDS and another std?

  • It's certainly non-zero.

  • pretty high

  • good for them yeah a cure

  • Run from the cure - Rick simpson

    MMS by Jim humble.

    Get educated.

  • So this blocks part of your immune system? You kinda need the T cell response for other infections...

  • Yes you do need it for other infections, and I am sure the researchers would extensively consider your point in their trials. It is important to note that it only disrupts the T cell response where the lubricant is applied (the vagina) so it is not in the whole body. Still you have a valid concern.

  • Excuse me, my previous post was in response to the need for T cells, asked by SUMD123

  • AIDS is a biological weapon, how utterly incompetent is the academic community to fall for and push the "monkey bit human" theory.

  • In response to bulldogger: they used monkeys in their trial because there is a virus found in some monkeys that is very similar to HIV. It is a retrovirus, and it is also found in some other animals as well. Such as cats. So whatever your theory is on where HIV/AIDS originated, the science is clear about the similarities between the HIV virus and the similar one fond in monkeys used in the study.

  • I appreciate your response, and don't disagree with what you said.

  • wow I never thought AIDS as a biological weapon o.0 how creepy is that.

makes some sense, actually, but I really preffer not to think so =`\

  • Think about rationally, instead of governments spending billions to kill people they could end poverty and disease. Why don't they ? Because they see overpopulation as a problem, and the only way to end the population problem is for the death rate to be higher then the birth rate. Why do you think they haven't cured cancer or the thousands of other fatal diseases ? They genetically engineer hybrid animals but they can't cure cancer ? Riighhhtttt....

  • lol.

  • If the poor dont bother with or have access condoms why think they would bother or have access to any other preventative product. Why should we chase people who dont want to help themselves.

  • that was what i was thinking. and what if this costs more than condoms? then they definitely wont buy it!

  • Expense is not the only reason a lot of people choose not to use condoms. One reason is that condoms reduce sensitivity during sex so some men do not want to use them. There are many other reasons (religion, stigma etc.)

My point is that condoms are accessible and affordable for many areas in sub-Saharan Africa and are not utilized because of many reasons. Some of these reasons could potentially be solved by the strategy discussed in this video.

  • Let genetic mutation fight AIDS

  • The problem is the behavior that gives rise to spreading AIDs. Nobody wants to take personal responsibility anymore, everybody wants to be seen as a victim.

I've got news, even if this is effective AIDs is not the only STD out there. There are plenty of things that can kill you.

There's a simple way to not get AIDs, and that is to not have unprotected sex with strangers. Have sex with people you know and love and your chances go way down.

  • Quit screwing everyone you can get your hands on. Problem solved.

  • Did anyone notice that the word 'ASIA' turned into 'AISA' at 0:27?

  • Not everyone has had sex education. The poverty stricken African farmer can't just take his 4 by 4 car to a classy education centre where they'll show him a dvd on thier plasm HD screen about sex ed and safe sex where he will then take is car to the chemists to buy condoms with his hundred of dollars working in his high rise office block. It doesn't work like that lol.

  • Yea, but I feel that if you get small regular infection, then your T-cells can't combat the virus

  • First you create a virus and spread it in the thirth world wich causes millions and millions of deaths, then spread the word that Hiv comes from a MOnkey while its proven that hiv is not a natural virus and could only be created by man in a laboratory, then do anything in your power to hide that fact and then start making a cure and send it all over the world so you can earn millions and millions of dollars.

  • you win.

    aids is made by man.

  • You'd have to be pretty horny to volunteer for these clinical trials.

  • your retarded

  • Check your grammar before you call someone retarded.

  • Psssst I know a technique that's succeeds100% when it's applied properly. It called self control..

  • i like ur smartness myfriend

  • ahahaha XD

    sorry... :/

  • They say HIV/AIDS comes from Africa and that it has always been there, then every African should have been dead by now!!....and i wonder why every African was SHOCKED, when they heard of this NEW DISEASE the first time in .80's, if it has always been there!?

  • It was in chimpanzees first.

  • well i heard that african people can produce their own antibodies that can fight this virus.. but i'm not really sure if its true or not..

  • dude,

I'm from Africa--myself..why this talk about Africa--HIV infects everyone--In Africa it's poverty and govt innefiency that is driving this rates very high. so let's be open minded about this issue

  • the problem with this solution might be that GML could possibly "block the call to T-cells for other infections such as colds and others like it which could lead to bad side effects which should be taken to account

  • who needs prevention when there is a cure?

And the cure was approved by the gov't patent office.

    US patent #5676977

  • The patent office hasn't approved the invention for curing aids or any disease. The patent office only protects the rights of the inventor to have an monopoly on the invention for a number of years. A patent being giving to the invention does not mean that the invention actually cures aids. The patent office doesn't have the means to test the product for years to prove if it cures any disease. You could file a patent for making rain if it is unique and useful you will be given a patent.

  • condoms. that is all.....

  • put sum icecream in the pussy and evryone can fuck everyone..wooo

  • My friends dad works there and he bring home hot ice once in a while. I live next to the UofM and I want to go there when I get into college!

  • cool gel....OR how about NOT HAVING SEX WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE AIDS

  • well, what if you don't know if the person has hiv/aids? this product is great. one more step in curbing HIV infection.

  • So basically you want to use this gel with everyone you have sex with? Are you saying people up until now were just throwing caution to the wind and having sex with random people who "could" have AIDS? Gee I wonder what people did all these years without it!

  • well, why not? whether you accept this or not, people do have random sex. haven't you heard about sites like craigslist, adam4adam, etc? if this lubricant is a good prevention method, along with some good old common sense, why not make it available?

  • you're 20, and you're talking so negatively about this product. i'm surprised. all the 20 year olds i know are fucking like rabbits. dude, you should be jumping for job.

  • true but I have something called common sense where I make sure the girl I'm banging isn't the louvre of STDs

  • strange way of putting it, but good for you. some people go the extra mile to ensure that their partner isn't infected with any STIs. there are others who cannot trust their partner to come clean. this lubricant would be an extra shield in protecting HIV infection.

  • if it was only that easy
