  • lol he bought that industrial sized oil bottle from Makro

  • what type of oil are you using? i never seen this be for!!!!!

  • boom!!!!!!!!!!!!! jajaa hey guys you are a kamikaze ja

  • I think im gonna build one, its just i dont know how a CD/DVD player would work without spilling all the oil out.

  • 100 % reines pflanzen öl wird aber ranzig oder nich?

  • is oil cooled pc are good or water cool ?? please PM me or reply ... please suggest me which to buy ... for my new gaming rig

  • dude your pc will go boom if you do it with water

  • why water is not good and why oil cooling is good? if i am using core i7 920

  • @godfather1k1 Water is conductive, and oil is not. So water will short all your parts out. There is no other way to submerse cool a computer other than oil. But I would use mineral oil because its clear and has no odor

  • @Newsguy001 Whats the downside to doing this. Oil need replaced often or break down rubber.

  • and wat when the silicon fails oil everywhere.

  • so does the oil gona expire later in the future? and what happens wen u need to upgrade ur hardware? do u like drain all of the oil? if u do then dats a waste.

  • can u pull out power supply fan kit the 200Volt plug in put that under oil 2

  • pflanzenöl :P:P haha lol wie übertrieben ihr seid echt voll die freaks ey... n normaler wasserkühler machts auch...

  • And Mineral oil doesn't go bad and spoil. Have fun w/ a stinky PC.

  • It's better to use mineral oil than vegetable oil, because it's clear, and not pee-colour :p

I'm not sure if it will cool better or worse though.

Anyways, using oil as a coolant may look cool and be silent, but don't try to play doom 3 on it or you'll be able to cook fries with your Pentium 4

  • if the oil is in, and you want your hardware parts back, how would you go at that? seeing that you can't just wash it off with water...

  • nah water conducts electric it will break it. u just leave it oily
