Wow, Geoff's vocals mesh really well with Underoath's sound. Thursday and Underoath are my two favorite bands, so this was quite a pleasant surprise. I hope Geoff does more Underoath cameos. It's a pretty stellar combination.

I pick Thursday over new Underoath anyday. Thursday makes great CDs and Underoath makes CDs that everyone else makes. Thursday=special and Underoath=everyday pop-screamo band. Love both though.

oh and..ill consider thursday a creative "specaial" band when they can write a song in a time signature other than 4/4 standard -.-..lets see them write in 7/8 and 5/4 maybe?...and be able to play it live like underoath...not gonna happen...

Plus UO doesnt play anything very complicated or shred like a band like As I lay dying Or ABR... UO and Thursday are completely diff styles ..Playing faster doesnt mean more skilled or technical, U dont know anything about music, stop failing, I can play thursday's songs and even Death Metal so what's the difference?
@Isaac70065 No your post failed you are assuming Thursday cant play at a faster pace just because they are in a different genre than Underoath which put out Chasing Safety that was def 4/4 then went heavier...If you listened to At this Velocity from Thursday it's def faster than 4/4..Steve Pedulla is alot more technical than Tim Mactague And so is Tom Keeley.. And Tucker Rule is just as good as Aaron Gilespie.. Both bands are great at what they do
Ha, dude you must still be living in 2004, if you think underoath is unoriginal, they have in four years set the bar in hard music. Thursday atm seems to be in a limbo, although thursday is a great band, Underoath is pushing the envelope while thursday is pushing back release dates

I completely agree with you. Geoff from Thursday comes from a completely different scene than Underoath. New Jersey Hardcore punk is a far cry from underoath's style. He came out, sang hard, had a good time... so everyone should just get over it. At least he did it.

they really sound like normal post hXc bands..but as of now..theyre are like more experimental and heavier compared when spencer first came..
