Meggie! You look fabulous! So good to see you. I had dropped out of the video posting for a couple of months...really so busy and not much to add until now. Your hair is really pretty and I have to say that although I also have been losing hair...the Biotin really helped I feel. I got a new cut and layers as well, which really help and I still take 2000 mg. of Biotin everyday. Saw my doc today for my 6 month and he says this is the worst it will get and we will see new growth now.

I have stalled at 193lbs and have been there since November. My doing. No-one elses fault. Have been eating far too many carbs and not getting off my bum!! LOL. Love the new hairstyle. Wish you the very best in finding work. You are sooo close to the "normal range" of BMI. My VSG is scheduled for 1/25 @ 8 a.m. I'm aware of being anxious & ready to eat the house. It does help to I.D. the feeling. Went to Costco. It felt scary to not get my stand-by foods. The reality of liquids for a while is sinking in. Please keep recording. You inspire me to get healthier. Hugs, Judith
