I watched some videos here on youtube and all of them was bad in explaining how to make TEQUILA SUNRISE!

This is one of the easiest cocktails, and no one can make a proper how to video.

Umm. I may be corrected but slight differences to the UK way of prep. I always put in the tequila and orange, ratio 1-2 and then fill the glass with ice before a drizzle of Grenadine. Never stirred as this spoils the orange and red effect created by the sinking grenadine. Agree/disagree?

A bartender that has a steady hand won't spill it. I'm a bartender. We fill it to the top so the customer feels they're getting their money's worth. If we left a gap they'd only see there was more room for more booze.

The problem with this method, is that the tequila is supposed to be well mixed into the orange juice, and the grenadine is supposed to form a distinct pillow at the bottom. This doesn't seem to achieve either.. :/

This is wrong.... this is actually a tequila sunset.

A tequila sunrise is made in a highball glass... add ice to the top, 1 oz. tequila, 2 oz. orange juice, and about 1/2 oz. of grenadine around the top of the glass to give it that sunset look. You don't stir highballs as the bartender.... that is up to the customer, hence why you give them the straw to make that choice.

Damn Im drinking a good tequila right now, and by the way, Tequila Sunrise is a "sweet" drink, if you want something more acid, try de Paloma (Tequila, Grapefruit Soda and a little salt and little lemon) or The Vampirito (Viuda de Sanchez, Tequila, salt and hot chilli)

and by the way, good brands of tequila, well some examples are: Jose Cuervo, Herradura, Don Julio, Centenario, Azul.

Try those ones ;)
