What do you mean by "adding" a little more volume? I thought a power amp was to amplify the incoming signal at whatever the power rating of the power amp is. Please, explain to me how it works.
I'm not a specialist in this kind of knowledge, but it's my experience that THIS power-amplifier gives me a higher max-volume... compared to my last stereo-integrated amplifier..
on the other hand.. you shouldn't turn your volume up too high with an unsuffuciently powering amp, so i' hadn't really tested the max volume on my last amp..
[whithout going into technical details] It works like an "extra" amp that ONLY adds power - meaning better sound quality and thereby a higher max volume..
,,,,what I ment is if your right there music takes some time to jell but you should get the speakers off the floor on tip toe type cones 4 better bass the boxes the drivers came on are about $ 25-=15 .00 to make glue& screw wood strips in all the inside walls and a soft puddy on the basket,s and tweeter make sure you don`t hit any moving part,s be like night & day then tell me what you think,,,
..............I don`t see any feet under them should be brass or a heavy metel & I hope that is not your speaker wire there skinny black wire pluss the snake pit of wire is not good for audio sound all should be off the floor,,, Every time I look a this clip I see sin,s ,about good stereo you can do so much better,,???,, ,,The Mid Fi. just means there on the cpeap side that,s all no big deal,,, Thats why I told you about what to do in that other E mail
i have square soft 2cm feet (4 for each speaker) made for 50kg+ speakers(wich are perfect for mine) and the speaker cables are the giant white ones, and they are not in a snakepit... I'm not an idiot...
,,,,,well you can use rubber ,feet ,,but for better bass,, tight bass,,better focus, better sound stage use a steel cone because you have wood floor,s put a steel plate under the tip toes ,,,and just use 3 under each speaker like a trypod yes,,,That pile of white wire is not good for sound and should be off the floor use wood block,s or coffee cups ...

btw, does the power amp give it more sound quality, or just louder bass?
BootsyBrootal 2 years ago
if sufficient, it gives you better sound quality i think it adds a little volume as well =)

I already have "feet" for them.. but i don't understand what you mean by the mid fi'.. the feet shouldn't affect that?
