I'm just saying, one handed pushups are very risky and agressive to the shoulder articulation... you can build much better pecs or strenght with a piramidal lifts in bench press, or reaching muscular fail with a lot of weight, and this way you can protect better your shoulder articulation.

@chapa6sigma True.. When you go to full muscle failure on the one handed pushups the technique really goes downhill fast. That's not helping anybody. The exercise itself is not bad.. but I would use it for active stability and core strength training, maybe even doing it one the knees for plyometric training, instead of aiming for hypertrophy.
