people who wear glasses pratically never have good posture. bad posture can lead to worse eyesight and other problems
he doesn't carry his head level. he should be able to keep his head upright with the ears lined up with the eyes in a horizontal line. but he rarely has this happening
Yes it is noticeable that his shoulders are not upright. Most of the U.S. has lost much of its manliness. We'll gain it back. We're tired of listening to the crap about womens' rights. No one has helped those who needed help by stooping to their level. It's time to think for ourselves, only. Once we get our bodies corrected, then our mind follows. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to flexing the body, but gad, those shoulder need to be released upward. Not easy to do..
Just to let you know, I have reviewed several studies that have shown you must maintain a stretch for at least 30 seconds to gain any benefit from it or you might as well have not done the stretch at all. The body responds best to low load prolonged stretches to truly get a therapeutic response from the muscle tissue and tendon structure. You should consult a Physical Therapist before posting on exercises to make sure you have the proper technique and reps/time.
When i do this, i feel the stretch in the hamstring of the leg that's up in the air, and can't feel the hip flexor at all
