The videos have been produced to promote the new range of AWT kitchen products, but we're hoping that the format should be useful too.
There are some very simple recipes, which if you can forgive the plug, can help you prepare for Christmas whether you use the AWT products or not.

For the filling:
600ml (1 pint) double cream
1 jar your favourite raspberry jam
450g fresh raspberries
For the Raspberry Sauce:
450g fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons icing sugar
