The 2nd floor looks like a hotel floor (which means it could be Plano West Hotel in Building B).

Sounded like it was very low on hydraulic fluid.

I seen a worse one the other day, the doors wouldn't shut porperly and opened really slowly, and on an other one it wouldn't go up or down, the door would close and open again, seen that happen on a few of the ones like them, must be a common fault with them. E.A Foulds lifts they're called, the broken one was from 1998 at a train station and it was big
