The problem is interpretation: where one person sees a hidden message, another sees gibberish or poetry. It is possible, but there is very little hard evidence to support it, like Chinese artifacts predating Columbus on American soil.

There are some theories that they may've gotten there, but nobody knows for sure. The communists destroyed alot of historical records, and MANY things weren't recorded, so we can never be sure, though it'd be quite cool :P
