  • Wolf is my favorite pro.

  • bodybuilder troller on youtube = BIGGEST LOSER IN REAL LIFE........yeah your body sucks and your life sucks too so you blaming this bodybuilder for taking steroids......so what? do you never realize that these bodybuilder commonly take mr olympia at 30s age and they training from teenagers???? You cant take steroids, ta daaa, in 1 year or 5 year youre a bodybuilder you idiot..............steroids and bodybuilders troller = IDIOT STUPID LOSER PATHTETIC COMPUTER GEEKS, GET YOUR ASS TO GYM LOSER!!

  • it has nothin to do with steroids srsly.. any real bodybuilder that reads my comment knows how much.. but really much..it takes to get muscles. and its possible to look like a professional bbuilder, you should have to shut your computer down and take one step in a gym.. + bbuilding isn't only about the muscles, its a lifestyle and routine that makes you a happy person ;-)

  • yoo but u have to admit that you will never look like this without the juice..fuck the nutrition and the genes..for sure its hard work but without roids its simply impossible

  • @brazaness its also simply impossible without good nutrition. and it's impossible without genes. and its impossible without the right training. probably all more-so than steroids.

  • 8:00 he can't get out, cause he is to big! That's why stop film.

  • @remkish haha good one

  • Casey Viator would've done this in under 2 minutes..

  • unless you use steroids like pro bodybuilders, "getting a pump" is a completely unrealistic way of bulding muscle.

  • i have a fun game to play... go on any body builder video and see how many comments its take for some one to say "steroid"... the average is 3... 3 coments down on average... the only question is why. why the fuck does everybody feel the nedd to say "this guys on steroids" its crazy... i personal think its because these people that say everybodys on steroid are unhappy with there bodys so they blame ther frustrations on the fact that "well my body sucks but atleast i dont take roids" hahahahaha

  • @TheShawnyoda

    for sure lool.

well we know bodybuilders take some stuff... but its not only the "stuff" that make those bodys! its everything they do that they get like that. training eating, sleeping, training, eating sleeping. people that doesnt understand about this lovely sport, just say shit about it

  • @TheShawnyoda TRUE and I dont care what any guy says every guy wants to look like an IFBB pro, but nobody wanna lift that heavy ass weight!! haha

  • @dan13718

It is written in most books on adult psychology that someone who is disenchanted by their failures in life will often times try to devalue the accomplishments of others to bring some meaning to their own life. By that definition you're obviously a loser in life and I feel truly sorry for people like you.

  • body building is not just a sport its a business, so steroids is just part of this business, and they are professionals taking it in a prescribed manner. so my friend thy are not ass holes.

  • So are most of the bodybuilders out there, he isn't an asshole for using them. If you think he is an asshole don't watch his videos. There is absolutly no need for your comment and you have just wasted your own time

  • Amazing

  • look at 59 seconds u can see all of the steriod holes but im not takin piss outa him coz i na how hard he trains aswell

  • That s real work man, crazy

  • Comment removed

  • this made me tired just by watching...

  • He may not have won the most olympias but a more epic man? THERE IS NONE.

  • I would love to workout in that gym

  • @MRUFC12345

why it looks like a dungeon.

  • @696969Brian696969 explain

  • Comment removed

  • @ 7:07 why doesnt he do like a full rep? like stretch the arms out?

P.s, im not trying to be a prick i genuinly dont know

  • @infernogamers by that point he is exhausted, circuit training is ridiculous. i know if i tried this witth even less weight id still puke and shit myself by the end of this "set"

  • @infernogamers

By not locking out, you keep more stress on the muscle.

  • DON'T DO THIS WORKOUT

you will tear your ligaments, its meant for pro's only

i did this workout, now i've stopped weightlifting for already a year because of a torn ligament..

  • He's a smart guy - "It's not about the weight that your lifting, its how you lift." Hit the nail on the head there

  • seriously why would someone hate this, look how hard he has to work it doesn't matter about what he takes. plus i have incorporated this routine in my workout its really good. :D

  • so is this better for defenition or is better for size because i'm getting the ideo its for more defenition.

  • @boehagen

I want to say it's both, though he isn't doing a high weight he is doing moderate weight back to back exercises. putting an insane amount of stress on the muscle

  • This guy is legendary. The wolf is climbing the hill.

  • hes a dream monster.

  • my chest would be gone after the first cycle lol dennis is a beast

  • why is it he doesnt do the full range of movement? ive noticed alot of people do this and dont squeeze at the top. Always wondered why.

  • @dynamcuk doing 3/4th of the motion makes sure you do enough chest without getting shoulders and triceps involved that much

  • @Kryptsanies ah right, ive tried this myself and just doesnt feel as effective and seems easier because your only doin 3/4 of the full movent and not getting a full contraction/squeeze

  • @dynamcuk i think that's when you push in another plate

  • Fucking hell .... LOOK OF THE RESISTANCE Dennis Wolf! "

    MAGNIFICENT

  • Dennis Wolf Finals Presentation:

    watch?v=3vns4y_GoSs

  • upzz i can see his nippels

  • thay use the smith masheen coz thay pusey ass whiteys an got no arms ma boy ronnie an me got big ass arms coz we lif reel weights thas wot a bull nigah gots to do

  • faggoty voice of milos....

  • hes a good coach he even explains unlike most trainer what part of chest it works lik lower upper nd middle

  • INCREDIBLE!!!

  • its just circuit training but for a bodybuilder... average joe would do exactly the same only with a quarter of the weight... only good for definition (tightens muscle fibres up by conditioning them - allowing for more striation and seperation). keeping moving all the time puts it in the aerobic exercise category - good for fat burning.. good couple of wees before a comp but i dont want you in'experienced users copying this thinking you will look like denis

  • THIS IS BODYBULDING

  • @steroidsR4losers your mom is a loser.

  • beast

  • I love that he doesnt have that disgusting skin cancer victim-wannabe tan. This actually looks a lot better.

  • @slauge not yet, they paint that on on competition day

  • Believe me, this is not a muscle building exercise, this is an isolation exercise to SEPERATE MUSCLE FIBERS TO GIVE DEFINITION. IF HE"LL KEEP DOING THIS EXERCISE, EVENTUALLY HE"LL END UP BURNING MUSCLE FIBERS. THIS IS JUST a PRECONTEST. HOPE YOU"LL AGREE WITH ME GUYS.

  • Dennis Huge shoulders !

  • I like when milos says"It is not about the weight you are lifting it is how your are lifting"

  • super serie

  • A BEAST INDEED. = I

  • THIS GUY IS A FUCKIN BEAST!!! IDOL!!!

  • Damn, well he might not be going super heavy but after hitting like 10 exercises with that intensity you gotta be as big as wolf to bang them all out like that. No way would I be able to get a setup like that in my shitty gym an slam out that many exercises an sets that quickly. Plus people in the way lol. Best I can do is 4 sets 4 exercises per group at the moment.

  • his head doesnt match his body

  • Dear God is Wolf a beast! I could feel my chest tearing just watching that!

  • My hometown. I'd love to train at Kolusseum some day.

  • damn hes an animal

  • @everthinghardcore a wolf

  • @everthinghardcore Yeah... hes a wolf

  • Dennis' shoulders. Whoa.

  • definitely a favorite

  • In the beginning I couldn't understand why he was using such light weight for only 10 reps, but after he got through all the machines and said "that's 1 set", I understood what the game plan was. I would drop after 3 sets of that.

  • Question ? Are you supposed to do your cardio before you lift ? I'm just beginning and Iv'e heard different storys.

  • I love this style of rotation for getting an incredible pump and changing things up from time to time, but its COMPLETELY unrealistic to expect this kind of freedom to move about in a public gym

  • best time to do this is early morning, Sat or Sun. I started doing it to change my routine...it is the only time I feel the pain in my muscles...

  • I used to do it at a 24 hour gym at like 4:00 when I could, but now no matter what time I go into the gym I'm at it's virtually impossible, its a real bummer...its a great workout in a small amount of total time.

  • This is my second week of rotational training, and I'm getting the muscles pumped, and I think I started looking better, and I don't hurt my joints. a lot of people at the GYM lift for ego. for back I'm doing 7 machines. It's great. I'm going to start my workout at 5:30 AM. not PM lol to avoid the cell phone-chat crowds!

  • @dbnyke99, that's the most least problem, the problem is muscle loss of those kind of training, you need to be on everything, in short doing roids to keep muscles feeded very fast and taking quality proteins etc. big money and time and if you aren't pro it isn't worth it... and if you were you are already making this kind of training...

  • @dbnyke99 yea serriously "oh sorry man, oh excuse me, shit sorry bro. hey are you done with that machine? oh okay, oh excuse me man, hey are you almost done with that? oh okay, can i sneak by real quick? aw thanks" hate that sweaty crowded gym shit,

  • @dbnyke99 depends what time you go to your gym i guess man. If I go to mine around the middle of the day there's only going to be 3-4 people in the whole place. I'm sure the pros can pick whatever time they like as training is their job.

  • @dbnyke99 Thanks god, my gym is 24h

  • @dbnyke99 yeah i do this type of workout but i have the benefit of having a 24hr gym and no one there at night helps lol. I have a partner so it's safe when going to complete and utter failure.

  • SR4L. The funny part is you`re way too weak to even pick up a 10lb dumbell... Why do fags like you come around sites like this? Is it because you like looking at guys?

  • steroïd bomboclat

  • fuck you!

  • Poor Wolf couldn't get out, haha.

  • i wish my gym was empty like that gym

  • Enormous deltoids on Wolfe. Yeesh!

  • he will eat you for protein

  • milos training is a amalgamation of steve michalik and vince gironda style of training.

  • so whats the point of doing giant sets? besides the fact that they are in caloric deficit and dont have the energy to do heavy weights. does it make you grow faster? or just get more striations?

  • it's an intensity tech for hitting deep type IIa fibers that grow from the moderate heavy weight of 8-12 reps with longer tension times of more than 30 seconds per set. basically like supersets only more. the lactate produced is so high from all teh work in a short period of time that your body is hyper anabolic if feed properly. but, like everything else you have to use sparingly and rotate different types of intensity.

  • your a smart guy one of the only people i have ever read on youtube who knows what their talking about

  • haha

  • His shoulders are HUGE

  • I like working one body part at a time 6 days a week. Doing drop sets, or pyramiding up works wonders, as well as going heavy one week and light another. naturally creatine works wonders for me as well..

  • "bubble press"

  • I've been doing a 3x week fullbody for a couple years with awesome results. I wonder sometimes what a bodybuilderish workout would do for me.

  • is it even healthy to have that much muscle¿

  • Who cares, just enjoy watching the beauty

  • hungry like a bird,hahahaha

  • Milos=AWESOME NAME^^

  • I would really like to try this kind of training for some months, but nowadays its impossible to do this in common fittness studios. Other ppl would never tolerate this kind of training, except my name is DENNIS WOLF ^^ lol

  • i think BB should go back to wide lats and wasp waists imo.

  • @bellyflopman me 2

  • His midsection looks great being small like that. His lower lats could use a little more mass but that's a minor thing. What do you all want? GH guts? I'm getting sick of seeing that shit. His real weakness is his calves though.

  • well put

  • i was thinking the same as unclepeter99. good workout, but no way i could do that in my gym after work. lucky to get on one machine or bench!

  • he is preping for a contest you stupid fuck

  • i agree, hard to do this training in gyms nowadays

  • I do like Milos's training routines but, how many gym at peak would make this training practicle? i.e. nothing free to use, and there's no way you could put towels on 15 bits of kit!

  • not a best, a monster

  • GENETICS.......................

  • not a wolf

    a beast!

  • its not a setback,..uhe just needs to add lower back muscles just enough so that the judges can see he worked on it

  • 3:50 "his pubes are split"? wtf!

  • damn he is a wolf lol

  • one of the only pro's i've ever seen on video go nice and slow and not use tons of momentum to move weight.

  • Thats also why cutler made his waist smaller and more defined.

  • they all go for small waists.... thats why they have them otherwise they would all be huge in the middle its agood thing to have a small waist

  • deep hardcore... pure bodybuilding

  • HE DON'T REST OMG XD

  • It's really unfortunate that his small waste is considered a set back. I think the extreme V-taper looks awesome.

  • why do they train so hard before a contest? wouldn't it be unpractical because they are low on calories? does anyone know the answer?

  • Burn more fat, get toner, lose water

  • i guess they know what theyre doing, they are all mr olympia contestants.

  • thats it, to burn more calories, burn more fat, and get more ripped

  • nah, i dont think it can be that, they are a week out so they are already at the %fat they want to be,wait i know why, because putting your body in such a harsh low calorie state and overtraining makes it catabolic, then when they finish the contest, their body's will be listeing more for food so they can eat a shit load and absorb it all

  • why dont you do some research on that. I think your out to lunch with that idea

  • its because you need to burn all the extra fat and get a lot of definition

  • You also have to lose a lot of water.

  • training high reps and lower weight brings out more striations and definition to the muscle.

  • Milos lol...

  • great workout, but not everyone can have a whole gym to themselves... not very practical for people who train during busy times eg...after work.

  • i agree with u there buddy its a total pain in the ars after like 4pm its paked n u mainly gotta wait atleast once or twice to use something n rlli makes u lose ur pump but at the end of the day its worth the rare occasion of nt being busy

  • this is trainign from another world never saw something like that

he needs a whole gym for his workout

  • wouldnt wanna get in a fight with him

  • lol.....i've never seen anyone train like this

  • dennis wolf is awsome, i hope he wins mr o some day

  • this is way too crazy! ive only done giant set with 4 different things and that was killer couldnt imagine doin this

  • Awesome, one day i will be like him, or better. Mark my words! : )

  • your a little goof.
