I have glaucoma and I have had many doctors tell me IF!! it was legal that I could get a prescription for it. People who are actually educated on this matter understand that if alcohol is legal, then there is absolutely no plausible explanation for maintaining the prohibition of marijuana.

It's less dangerous than alcohol. It's less addictive than caffeine. Legalization would provide a large amount of revenue to the government in the form of taxes. It would also rid the overpopulated prisons of people who haven't even committed what should be considered to be a crime.

For the people that are against the legalization, then would they be for making cigarettes and alcohol illegal? Because if it's illegal for "moral" reasons, then how is it ok that cigarettes and alcohol are good "moral" choices and the use of marijuana isn't?
