I couldnt understand the words she used near the end when she asked what she could do for her stomach..... sounds like she said "ribs lifted last set" Is that right? Someone that knows answer please. What is she talking about doing that in the car? What exercise do you do sitting in the car? thanks
@1Janny1 Yes, she means LIFT RIBS, SET LATS. Lifting your ribs stretches the middle section and makes you stand with good posture while activating more of your muscles. Setting your Lats is going to keep your upper back activated and help to burn off the bra pudge area.
In the car you can CURL YOUR CORE by activating your midsection. It's about pulling your belly button in towards your spine. For details email info@t-tapp.com!
