i remembered being in chicago. that's the state i was born. i get to see jen and i hung out and talked with her in my aunt's house during her party. me and jen knowed each other while we were 3. i live in pheonix az. but i wanna live in illinois no badly when i get older. i used to miss being here when i was a baby.

The bass player of this band is a badass player, I herd him man ytimes, and you can hear it in the tracks, him and the drummer brother are wicked good players. If you want to talk crap about the girl just remember she started doing this when she was young, and everyone knows what they're doing, and she is just part of the whole
Interesting video, but where did the torture/heart removal come from?! Did I miss it in the lyrics? I just didn't get that part... seemed like a way to squeeze in something that would appeal to the Saw/Hostil fans. The rest was pretty cool

After watching this video I went to their myspace page in interest with regards to their other songs. Not bad stuff... but not great either. They all follow the same basic pattern lyrically..lots of chorus repitition and hardly any verse material. And they all carry the same theme. Girl likes boy, boy and girl break up, girl is mad and hates boys new girl. How about a song about something different? The music is catchy, but needs strong lyrics to support it. Lots of talent :o)
Not to be critical of this individual who is voicing this opinion..but I can't help more in context of waiting to get through a parking lot where one car is holding up the entire flow of traffic behind them and not caring. Because this one individual has not the capacity to see that there are other cars behind him...it's all about this one individual...it's his way or the highway....and us other cars can't get to the highway cause he's blocking it!!!
This was directed at robibm2003..let's be a bit more gentle on our comments regarding bimbo in other words...it's a bit harsh and no I know none of these band members...just applaud anyone trying to make an honest living and to me it it an impressive piece of work..
I totally disagree with all these remarks!! WIR is amazing live, I was an awe the first time I saw them live and honestly their CD is probably the one I listen to the most!! I work in the industry, and yes the band members are friends of mine, but i know good music and good talent when i see/hear it. Keep up the great work guys!! Not everyone is going to think you are great but take all the negative and positive criticism, it will make you better and stronger as musicians & individuals <3 <3
Its a great song no doubt, but definently not a big fan of "written in red". Ive personally seen them perform at the Elbo Room and Kinetic Playground. Their nothing special.
The song is definitely great! And I am a big fan of Written in Red. I would definitely have to disagree with you on them not being special performing live. I just saw them at MoJoes and they were amazing live! Lots of energy and great performers. I think you should go and see them again!
Is this a band?... Comes off like she is a solo artist. I would have liked to see more of the guitarists and drummer. The music was great :) but the lyrics lacked... too much repitition of the chorus, not enough content to the versus.
