I received my Ordeal at TI in 1957; my Brotherhood in 1960. I took my son's troop from Monmouth Council to TI back in 1983 for a weekend camping. Eight troops camped on TI that weekend. The Trading Post was open; we used the Goodman Stockade for a great council fire on Saturday night. I will be sixty-seven in September, and my experiences at TI both as a camper, a staff member, and later on as a Scouter will be with me forever. It is a sad day. TI will be sorely missed by tens of thousands......
Guess I just missed you. I was on the Hart Staff in '56, 57 and the TI Staff '58 & '59. So many fond memories of both camps, as well as Resica Falls.
