No, it's about how they know they're not meant to be but the guy doesn't declare a break up, and the girl knows his heart is no longer there. The last line (ai shen mai shan hu hai) Love is buried underneath the sea of coral. A couple lines before, the blue sea turns pale because it has miss the moment. This kinda explains how timing works in relationship. I guess this song expresses the emotions involved in a relationship tha has burned out w/out a proper closure.
