@DrLukeyJB Well, technically, the 22nd amendment doesn't bar anybody who's served their two terms from BEING president again, just being ELECTED as president. So in theory, Hillary Clinton could run for president with Bill the VICE presidential candidate. Then Hillary is sworn in and submits her resignation that same afternoon and Voilà!, Bill is the president again. Same goes for Bush.
