I found out i was having a boy at 16 weeks. I am a high risk patient cuz i have diabetes im 19yrs old and have been watching ur videos i have been wanting to do my own but i dont feel right showing myself on the internet heheh.. Well ur symptoms with the hair growing alot i had and i had alot of nausea around 11-14weeks and now that im almost 20 weeks i dont have any really ...do u have dreams of having a certain sex...i dreamed boy all the time and i just new n i was right

They should give you advance notice of you '20 week' ultrasound since you have to drink a ton of water before hand. I'm sure you'll get to schedule it when you go to the dr.

oh, i havent ever heard of having to drink water before it.

Yeah, it's usually 32 oz and they you want you to be DONE drinking it 1.5 hours BEFORE the exam. It is so hard to do. I'll have my 20 week ultrasound in 6 weeks and I plan on finishing the water only 30 min before because I know it goes through me faster. The full bladder pushes the uterus up so they get a better picture of the baby. Good luck!

IT IS THE WORST!!! OMG you have to sit so stilll...you dont have to be done drinking 1.5 hours haead but you have to feel like you have to go when you ge there if you dont your arent full enough... but OMG it was horrible, the only bebefit was seeing the baby and we got to see me son open and close his mouth!

I've been having the WORST gas pains in the world, and diarrhea... blah, it's horrible.

its a lil kit and you pee in a cup and it tests your hcg levels and guesstimates what you're having... not 100% accurate tho...

I have an appt 2morrow and then my next appt would be in 4 weeks which would have me at 18 weeks. My gyno said they do ulttrasound between 18-20 weeks so when I see her 2morrow i will be sure to find out if they will do it on my 18 weeks. I hate wondering when Im excited. Good luck

You have a little bump! Very cute! But I had a drs apointment at 17 weeks but they still made me wait until I was 20 weeks to get an ultrasound;-( I know it's the hardest thing to wait for, but just remember that the longer you have to wait then the more you'll get to see at the ultrasound and the more accurate it will be! Good Luck Though! I'm going to guess that your having a girl but we will see.

yeah, your probablly right that they wont do it, but i am really hoping they will! i think you might be the first one to say i am having a girl. some of my family want me to have a girl, but they think i am having a boy. i dunno, i thought i wanted a boy, but now i am back to 50/50, i really dont care, i just want to know!!
