  • Dianne-i really enjoy the friends i have on here!!! The boxing would hurt if i did not wear the gel wrap things inside the gloves...but no-all good. I LOVE the boxing so much-it's something i would never do in real life to whack someone like that so it's fun!!!!!!! LOL xxxxxxxxxx

  • ...Is it true that Aussies commonly eat poached eggs on a bed of spinach leaves for breakfast? I heard about that on Disney's Pass the Plate and tried it myself after a round of different countries (including Australia) telling how they like to prepare spinach. I love doing that now!

  • Yeah, each country has a child from that particular one and so it was an Aussie boy of maybe 12 talking about it. And as receptive to all things Australian as I've been for over a year now,... let's just say I was pretty quick to pick up on it. I don't barbecue though, so I'll have to wait to get there and see if anyone actually barbecues bananas and what THAT would taste like.

  • Well (my) Saturday night Jodette never had to say "Get up and dance some more", but she DID say at one point, "Sit down and rest!" Heck, I was swiping toilet paper just to wipe my brow it was getting hot!

    As for the dressing stuff I like either squeezed lemon juice on my salad or seasoned rice vinegar like when I have that cucumber salad at the sushi bar. Man, sushi places rock my world!

  • Oh Megan! I sure wouldn't want to bump into you in a dark alley for sure! Gosh, you got a great one, two punch! I did great on the sippy with water every 15min., but not so great on the workout...eatling lots of fruit and veggies though. I think it's my weight and being so sedentary for so long...lazy me! Hanging with you still Megan, you are a great motivator! Hey...can you tell me if 10min. of walking for starters is okay for now? Thinking of swimming due to bad knee (s)...

  • Absolutely-10 mins is a great start...you could alos do stuff like sit ups and some bicep curls,shoulder press etc...maybe weights would be good for you...WELL DONE on the water thing-you are becoming more AWARE now-that's terrific xxxxxxxxxxxx
