being a former intermediate law student, i guess that there is this doctrine called separation of powers.
the question is this-why isnt this doctrine harnessed in this land? Its commonwealth for christ's sake.
how did some people managed to obtain their law degree before becoming highly placed personalities?

The dragging is nothing to compare with the years of dragging of cases both by the Courts and the Lawyers. The number of lawyers cannot be compared with the number of cases being dragged, either!
WHERE ARE THEY WHEN SOME OF THE CLIENTS ARE SCREWED BY THE SYSTEM, OR, WHEN THE PEOPLE ARE HELPLESS IN THE JUDICIARY SYSTEMS!!
