@pinkpowder4165 yes it does. it's better to use a clear lipgloss just it won't mix with the eyeshadow color that you use :)

but it is still ok if you want the two colors to blend :)

@bella42ism it was actually a nailart glitter container. but i saw something like it at Watsons, it's called a cream container for skin care products. hope that helps :)
