Well I can say I am neither of those and am in a North East state. The party is not dead. We still have plenty of leaders but people cannot look infront of them. Also, just because he didn't take money from the stimulus, doesn't mean the unemployed people of Louisiana won't be getting their benefits. If Louisiana can afford to pay out the benefits on their own without federal aid, then more power to them.
