Business is already required to file I-9 forms on employees. The businesses who ignore the law now won't use the BPP, so the Chamber is correct in saying good businesses could be harmed by this law.

The right thing to do would have been to do it right the first time, but Weiers and Pearce have zero interest in doing it correctly. They'd rather divide the state and continue to push their ballot initiative that is even worse than the current law. Don't sign the petition.

This Goldwater asshole COMPLETELY IGNORES the POINT of the CoC's position: that businesses that hire illegal workers WILL IGNORE THE LAW ANYWAY, so ONLY "good faith" businesses are PENALIZED by the law.

Fix the law, AND START ENFORCING THE BUSINESS PENALTIES THAT HAVE BEEN ON THE BOOKS FOR HALF A CENTURY!
