just a bit of constructive critisism. you should be less concerned with the length of your stride and more concerned with loading up on your back side and keeping your weight back. i notice when you begin to stride, in order to gain distance, all ur weight moves forward leaving nothin to put behind the ball. this abandonment of ur back side loaded weight will automatically tilt ur shoulders back and ur body will waste energy trying to re-center itself. staying loaded will level ur shoulders
