Were was NORAD on 911! Now they are playing nice with the Soviets / Communists that our US government pretended to hate all the way up to the 90s. All this just after the NDAA bill passes and SOPA is soon to follow. Something terrible is on the horizon.

@BRIANROX1 Yes, I am not russian..but I have always wanted that the USA and Russia should be real friends. USA and Russia have traditions from before, during the WW2, they where allies. Together USA and Russia are very, very strong. Also Russia is now the worlds nr. 1oil producer before Saudi Arabia,this could also be good for the USA in the future!

I read in the paper newly that the NATO commander wanted deeper cooperation between NATO and Russia in Afghanistan and missile defence with Russia

@nurmiar even before WWII weve fought on the same side (WWI). i know NATO has invited Russia to join NATO. but i think if Russia didnt join settling for cooperation is good enough. and i read about a joint missile defence system in Azerbaijan where ever that is. idk if this is the same one you mentioned.

@BRIANROX1 Ok, it was a missile defence system with NATO and Russia together, so I suppose that it includes the russian and the NATO countries territories.

Now I believe that the cooparation will be good in Afghanistan..

I forgot to mention ww1..yes USA and Russia have done some heavy fighting as allies..wish they will be friends now for good!

@nurmiar well it says between the US and Russia but like you mentioned NATO and Russian countries and territories. yeah the Russians did have an amazing victory in Stalingrad. they were pretty much about to be defeated and somehow kicked the nazis out while the US was winning battle fter battle in the Pacific.

@BRIANROX1 Much thanks to US support, the russians managed to win Germany. An even more spectaculare victory was the world historys greatest tank battle at Kursk 1943, a few months after the Stalingrad battle. It was the death blow to the german armoured forces
