I'm actually just watching this video for the final chord, but I still do like this part. This, after the Rite of Spring, is my favorite Stravinsky work.

Directly transliterated, it would actually be "Stravinskij." Stravinsky preferred the y.

Actually it's up to interpretation, since his name is Russian. They have to translate from the cyrillic text.

He's using the German spelling, obviously. (Look at the name of the orchestra). 'W' sounds like 'V' in German.
