They're called Dollfie Dreams, they're official, you can get Haruhi Mikuru and Yuki. They're made by Volks. The Haruhi one costs about $800 these days.

Uh... that's a Volks Dollfie Dream doll. In fact, all of the female dolls in this video are. The male is a Volks Super Dollfie. Besides, Revoltech never made any Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu figures. Figma did, and they look nothing like these.
