Public Enemy and NWA weren't innocent little puppies, nor were they heroes of the black civil rights movement... they were thugs. How the hell was Chuck D a thug? His music represented Black activism, social and political awareness. Maybe you need to read a little bit more into the lyrics before judging. My thing is, while Blue Cheese is street slang for weed (NOT DOPE), there are various other definitions for the term that are not drug related. how do you know they are not refering to those other definitions? I guess because they're black, and it's Hip-Hop, they just have to be referring to dope!
