  • Classic. Love this, brings me back to high school in the early 90s. Pure and smooth hip hop at its best

  • yoo i still love this shit

  • I'm olschool & i know there are some talented rappers out there ,they just aren't part of the mainstream(lil wayne, drake, wakka flakka, nikki minaj, soulja boi, etc. But no matter who what or where, this is the best era of hip hop.Bcuz it was diverse, all different types of artist & they were artist back then, now rappin is the new hustle.Dont need talent just a crazy beat, sho yo a** (dudes too),have a stupid name, get tatooed up,talk like a dummy...BOOM U A STAR smh:-(

  • "Then realize in the senses of existance

There's great resistance to the minds that mix this"-DAMN

  • Classic....

  • Nottingham runnin' DJ One step Ahead had this when it dropped.

  • this is hip hop point blank

  • I like the Bill Cosby Ursalena sample.Good song.

  • this is hip hop ..no one talking about sluts, guns or dope

  • I could not agree more, mxgddss. This is what hip-hop music is, not the garbage that exist today.

  • @mxgddss regret to contradict you but this song's reference to "blue cheese" is... you guessed it! About dope! :D Sluts, guns and dope have been very firmly rooted in hip-hop since '88. Public Enemy and NWA weren't innocent little puppies, nor were they heroes of the black civil rights movement... they were thugs. Ppl always wear rose tinted glasses when it comes to the past, but sorry, that just ain't how it is :/

  • @Sensualsenior

How the hell was Chuck D a thug? His music represented Black activism, social and political awareness. Maybe you need to read a little bit more into the lyrics before judging. My thing is, while Blue Cheese is street slang for weed (NOT DOPE), there are various other definitions for the term that are not drug related. how do you know they are not refering to those other definitions? I guess because they're black, and it's Hip-Hop, they just have to be referring to dope!

  • @sup3rmunky I wasn't meaning to call Chuck D a thug. Just that he's rapping bout "criminal activities", & contemporaries of his were thugs. In England dope can mean weed. I'm not judging, jus sayin the topics were the same. But what's this implying bout me being racist? Wot the hell man? I am black. That's such an immature thing to say. Obviously he's refering to drugs, not cheese. I know that, u know that. Stop pretending & being so bigoted, it's not ok to throw such a serious accusation about.

  • @Sensualsenior Have you ever listened to P.E.? Chuck didn't rap about "criminal activities".

  • @mxgddss
